“To live is Christ, to die is gain” (Philippians 1:21) is a foundational Christian declaration by the Apostle Paul thru the Holy Spirit, meaning that his life’s purpose was serving Christ, and death would be a “gain” because it means being with Him. This verse highlights that for believers, life is dedicated to honoring God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, while death represents victory and eternal joy.
Key Aspects of the Verse:
- To Die is Gain (Perspective): Death is seen as a gain because it removes believers from earthly suffering and brings them into perfect, face-to-face fellowship with Christ.
- To Live is Christ (Purpose): Paul viewed his existence entirely through the lens of serving Jesus, making Christ his source of joy, reason for living, and the focus of his daily actions.
- Context: Writing from prison, Paul was torn between the desire to be with Christ (death) and the need to continue his fruitful labor for the Philippians (life),yet remained confident that God would be glorified regardless.
This phrase, found in Philippians 1:21, serves as a reminder to live with eternal purpose in Christ, rather than fearing death.

February 5, 2026. Today woke up, spoke to the Holy Spirit, listened to the Bible as I ate breakfast, heard not to go out until later so lunch was ordered with the money left from the recent offerings that were led to be asked and came in. I watched somethings online and gave the Good News of Jesus paper to the delivery person that brought the lunch. Kept watching some current things online until lunch time came and I ate. After eating I heard to start getting ready, as well as what to wear, to the accessories and the sandals, the Holy Spirit knows how everything about us will speak to the people HE will have us talk to. I started feeling sleepy, as the enemies of our souls start making us feel whenever we are going out to the souls, but it is a heavier sense of sleepy than normal. They use different tactics, but are always similar, such as heaviness, sometimes, it can be temptation to our bodies, pain in our bodies, feeling as we are going to collapse and much more, but once the ground is hit it all disappears. That is why is so important to read the Bible every day, as a manual, putting on the full armor as we read in Ephesians 6:10-18. The Holy Spirit will be our strength in our weakness, discernment, wisdom and much more that is needed for our souls and the souls in the Great Commission.

After all of what happens and is done before leaving; I heard to first go to one of the local banks to share the Good News of Jesus out loud, as well as give the Good News of Jesus paper as people came into the bank, when leaving there were some guards that also received the Good News of Jesus paper, then I was led to cross the street and there was a motor taxi driver waiving, he came to meet me in front of the building across the street, which when I asked the driver he told me it was a casino, but not to go in there as that was not Godly, to which I responded that the Lord did not come for the healthy or sinless, HE came for all of us, the driver was very surprised, as according to what he has seen Christians do not go in those places, to which I was led to respond from the Holy Spirit is that what we cannot do is join in on what everyone else is doing, but that we can go in as led by the Holy Spirit, give the message and leave, as the Lord seeks us wherever we are. He dropped me off at the public hospital, which is where I was led to tell him to take me, the Good News of Jesus was given starting in the Emergency room, as led by the Holy Spirit, then to the workers, as well as the people being taken care of, receiving the paper with the love of the Holy Spirit and saying thank you. It is very impactful to first hear that Jesus loves you, there have been people who breakdown, confess and proclaim Jesus all thru sensing the Love of the Holy Spirit. Sanctification is the process of being “set apart” for God’s purpose and transformed into the image of Christ. It involves both a one-time act of dedication at salvation thru Jesus Christ and a lifelong, progressive work of the Holy Spirit to purify a believer’s heart and actions thru the Holy Spirit and the reading of the Bible. One of things the enemies of our soul’s attack is sanctification, thru the opposite sex and people, as the principalities uses bodies who are not consecrated to the Holy Spirit thru Jesus, as anyone who does not have a relationship with the Holy Spirit thru Jesus is easily manipulated by the darkness, that is where evil comes from, as we learn in the post in this page called: Python, Leviathan, Jezabel, Balaam, Deliliah, and more…

When leaving the Hospital, after hearing from the Holy Spirit to leave; there were three motor taxi drivers outside and the focus was one, the Good News of Jesus paper was given to the three, but the focus was the young man in the middle. I was led to get on with him, he started sharing his testimony of being in the streets and coming out of the streets thru giving his life to Jesus, that is why the Holy Spirit pointed him out as he needed to be discipled and anointed with the Holy Spirit, we spoke all the way to the cafe where the Holy Spirit was sending me, ending with praying for him to be anointed with the Holy Spirit, teaching him how to share the Good News of Jesus with others, sharing this page for the Study and discipleship with the book of Matthew, as in many places people are taught how to recruit to the building, but the Holy Spirit makes sure those who are meant to understand do. He was very thankful, to which I am always led to tell people to thank the Lord, as I am only an instrument, with the Holy Spirit reminding me of the scripture in Matthew 22: 14 For many are called, but few are chosen.”
This phrase is a well-known biblical proverb from the Parable of the Wedding Feast in Matthew 22:14. It highlights a distinction between receiving an invitation and being selected or found worthy to remain.
Biblical Meaning & Context:
In the parable, a king (God, Jesus, Holy Spirit) invites many guests to a wedding feast for his son. When the original invitees refuse to come, the king opens the invitation to everyone on the streets—”both good and bad”. However, when the king finds a guest not wearing the required wedding garment, he has the man cast out.
Theological interpretations generally break down as follows:
- The “Called” (The Many): Refers to the universal invitation of the Gospel (the Good News of Jesus) extended to all humanity. This is often called the “general” or “external” call—the act of hearing the message.
- The “Chosen” (The Few): Refers to those who respond to the call with genuine faith and obedience. In the parable, the “wedding garment” represents being clothed in Christ’s righteousness and Grace: the unmerited, freely given love and favor of God toward mankind, primarily expressed through the salvation, forgiveness, and transformation offered by Jesus Christ. It is a divine, spontaneous gift that cannot be earned, enabling salvation by faith rather than works.
- The Distinction: Many hear the invitation (are called), but only a few truly accept it on the King’s terms and undergo the necessary inner transformation and obedience (are chosen).

When arriving to the cafe the Holy Spirit led me to go to for what I thought was for a dessert and Capuchino, but as always it was for the souls as well; the Good News of Jesus paper was given person to person, from the workers to the customers, but there was one woman that the Holy Spirit told me was the purpose, to let her know that the Lord sent me there for her to give her life to Jesus, get baptized and the Lord’s kingdom would come and will be done, she went to a corner to process, then I was led to pray with her for the anointing oil of the Holy Spirit to be poured into her, for HIS purpose with her life and thru her life to be accomplished. I was then led to take a taxi thru an online app, which was for the driver who was given the Good News of Jesus paper and was very upset, as he mentioned his father is a “Christian”, but the description sounded more like a teacher of the law, he sounded very angry at what his father was represented, with love a few things were explained about Christianity, such as the fruits of someone who has had an encounter with Jesus overtime, that are in Galatians 5, as the Holy Spirit led, to which the walls started coming down and the ride was paid with cash, as how much the Holy Spirit led to, with him refunding the payment that was paid thru the app.
After I was led to go follow up with a couple of women that have been getting to understand from the Holy Spirit thru me, spending time talking to each in their spaces, with other people listening and saying how clear the message with being given without shouting or being condemning. There are many walls and principalities to get thru in many countries and territories, such as the attacks of the principalities, idolatry, false teachings, false prophets, persecution, and much more that we read in the Bible, but as always those who are meant to understand will understand, those who are chosen to be part of the Great Commission, for the souls. At the end of the day one of the disciples (a disciple is a student of the Holy Spirit thru us) in the area called me that she had a bag of food items to cook, which were items that only the Holy Spirit knew were finished and sent it thru her. The God who sees. All for the souls in the Great Commission. To get a full discipleship go to the teaching in this page called: Study/Discipleship with the book of Mattew.

Jesus wants you to know that He loves you. He wants a relationship with you. Jesus is the way, the truth, the life, and the only way to God. If we repent and proclaim Jesus as our God and Savior, we receive the Holy Spirit, are baptized by immersion in water, and begin a new life where we have forgiveness, we are never alone, we become the Lord’s legitimate sons and daughters, healing, purpose, eternal life, and much more. Talk to Jesus and surrender your life to Him; He wants to hear from you.
