Less of me, more of You

Reading from Isaiah 41.

February 14,2026. Today I woke up, listened to the Bible in John 17, as heard by the Holy Spirit, prayed and prayed and also had $55 Dominican pesos left, and most of the edibles and drinking water was finishing, for  reasons the spiritual realm knows I cried out to the Lord as I kept hearing to ask and wait, ask and wait, telling the Lord what was going on as I was hungry and have not heard from my daughter in a bit also, whom HE said she would reach out in time, to wait. Then I took a shower and started getting ready and asked the people I was hearing to ask for an offering to get the needed items and food. The woman that I was led to ask for prayer who owns a business in the area sent me a message that someone had given her some soup to come over. I had already sensed in the spirit to go see her to exchange one of the brown rings she was led to give me for a white one. Before going to the woman I spoke to the hotel attendant as the water on the warm side was not coming out of the shower and they took care of it right away, the workers who have been prayed for say hello with so much joy and when I come out of the room some are listening to sermons and saying Hallelujah. Thanking the Holy Spirit for HIS move.

When arriving to the woman she mentioned there was another soldier of the Lord who she knew that went to different churches to preach that was waiting to meet me, as she had spoken to her about me, but she had to leave. The lady shared the soup with me, then her husband brought rice with meat, but the Holy Spirit has removed white rice, so the Lord sent the soup first, it is a soup that is thick that is called Sancocho. Then she gave me a yellow banana and some coffee. I sat there for a few minutes and then left back to the Hotel to take a nap, as I was waiting for the money provision the Lord was sending as HE said to wait. When I woke up I looked at the phone and there was message from a man from the USA with two pictures from a sending money company and I was so thankful. I was already dressed, went to the bathroom and headed to the receiving company here that one is in a huge supermarket that I sensed to go. Took a motorcycle there with a young man that I got to share the Good News of Jesus paper, as well as out loud, and a conversation was had on the way to the store. When arriving to the store the Good News of Jesus message was given out loud with people saying thank you, amen and others staying quiet but listening, as when the Holy Spirit speaks everything stops and people listen. The motorcycle taxi driver young man offered to accompany me inside. I got to share about the hissy fit, to which one of the women clerk mentioned how even the Lord felt that way on the cross and how because of that happening too they were ministered thru the testimony of that being shared with them, and the testimony of coming to Jesus because of what HE did on the cross and how HIS life was with the clerks in the receiving place, as well as a young man and a security guard that was inside, one of the clerks mentioned how the Lord reflected thru me as a Christian so much, which was nice, as our testimony in public is so important, as well as the one in private, but some people will either want to be or not according to what they see in us when we say we are Christians.

I was so thankful as always to the Lord, as I was able to get the needed items to eat in the room, as well as drinking water, was also able to get dinner in the nearby cafe, with the offering sent by the man/brother in Christ in the USA, which as the dinner was being made; I was led to go to the music club next door which there were a lot of people, as people were celebrating Valentine’s day. I was led to ask if I could do a message and a prayer, which the owner said yes, when the message of Jesus was being given, they lowered the music and the DJ handed me the microphone, people stood up, some were recording as it happens a lot, the Good News of Jesus according to John 14:6 and Romans 10 was given, then a message as the Holy Spirit led about the biggest form of love which is the Lord giving HIS life for us, then the prayer of salvation was said with many saying it as well, with people clapping to the Lord at the end, the microphone was handed back and I was led to walk out. The Lord has me planting the seeds, people ask sometimes what happens to the people? Who follows up with them? and the other day while watching an online service with a woman the Holy Spirit leads me to watch a times, they were celebrating people who had recently gotten baptized and on the screen was a young man that had received as the Holy Spirit led who was one of the people who had recently gotten baptized. When I felt so much love from the Lord with what HE came to go thru as a man, how HE was born, everything HE went thru,, HIS humbling ways and how HE died, I gave my life to HIM and had such a desire to get baptized, no one made me do anything, the Holy Spirit made sure to put people that helped me understand what HE needed me to understand and still does, as HE is a Spirit and has many vessels of HIS. TH Christianity from what the Holy Spirit has made me understand was never meant for people to depend on us forever, as we read in Ephesians 4, as the Holy Spirit gives us gifts and fruits so that we can help people get to the maturity of God. When we receive Jesus, get baptized, are filled with the Holy Spirit the Bible says that the one who convinces and teaches us all things is the Holy Spirit. We can see in the Book of the Bible, Acts 2, that when the disciples, students of Jesus, which is what we become when we repent, proclaim Jesus and get baptized, were filled with the Holy Spirit they were filled with the languages they needed for the crowd listening and were commissioned to different countries, answering the Great Commission with the filling, anointing, direction and authority of the Holy Spirit, not of a man or a woman. There is so much idolatry when it comes to the teachings of people having to be execrators and for everything to go thru one person, it is not Biblical or Godly.

One of the young men that drives a motorcycle after me coming out of the club, that had been shared the Good News of Jesus before, when the Holy Spirit brought me to La Romana last week, came up from behind me, gave me a kiss on the neck, to which I told him to please respect me, and to put everything in the Lord’s hands, to which I heard he was expressing his thankfulness for feeling the Love of the Lord in the way he knew, as in the streets there is a lot of manipulation and a lot of other ways that people use to get what they want, until they understand what the Holy Spirit teaches us thru HIS word in the Bible, after they repent and give their lives to Jesus. Each person reacts different to the Love of the Holy Spirit thru us, some because again before Jesus people give to receive and as Christians filled with the Holy Spirit and called to the Great Commission everything that we do is for the souls and until people have an encounter with the Holy Spirit that is not understood.

I then sat in the inside of the parking lot to reflect on the things that had happened throughout the day and a homeless man who walks back and forth, who has been given the Good News of Jesus came up to me and asked me for money, the darkness in him was exposed and I was led to pray as I walked away. The Holy Spirit leads on each occasion. I started feeling my throat raspy, my body hurting, my nose running, as there are afternoons that have been very cold where a sweater is needed, which thankfully the Lord has me with two, and some days is extremely hot, in the room there is an AC and no ventilation as the windows are shut, so the body feels it, to which I heard to stay in on Sunday, get some medicine, water with putting lime inside, vitamin c to chew on, soup and rest. Thanking the Lord for HIS provision and the love for the souls, all for those who will understand. I have heard I will be in this specific place till Saturday morning, then the Lord will lead and move people to provide, as I am hearing another place to stay here in La Romana, Dominican Republic for 15 more day, but in another area. May as I am always led to pray that the will of the Lord is done and HIS kingdom to come.

Thankful, thankful, thankful for those who are praying for both my daughter and I, who have been and those who will be of monetary support, all for the souls in the Great Commission.
