Less of me, more of You//Más de Ti, menos de mí

Reading from Psalms 23 and Romans 8.

December 28, 2025. Yesterday and today, I have been led by the Holy Spirit to stay in the place HE has me in. Yesterday after praying and listening to the word from the Bible; I sensed to do the laundry even thought I felt like collapsing. The Lord in HIS faithfulness made a way for the owner of the apartment who resides in one of the rooms with her daughter offered to do the laundry for me, as the machine has to be filled with a bucket and I no longer have too much strength in my arms, but the Holy Spirit had mentioned while in another town that HE would always provide people to help, if anyone knows our limits is the Holy Spirit. After almost three months of being in Bonao, Dominican Republic; I started hearing to come to Barahona, Dominican Republic. The Holy spirit knows where we need to be, and HE was very specific about the renting app and the room to stay in, that I had to come to Barahona, Dominican Republic on the 23rd of December. Obedience is so important as the Lord knows where we need to be for the souls in the Great Commission. I never know what the reactions will be or how it will all unfold, but always trusting that to live is Christ and to die is gain, that we have to be willing to give our lives for the souls, as our hope in in the New Heaven and the New Earth at the end of all of this as we read in Revelations 21 and Hebrews 11.

Doing the laundry gave an opportunity to talk about Jesus with the owner of the apartment and pray with her as the Holy Spirit led. She is studying to be a doctor, but the Holy Spirit definitely has plans with her, as HE sent her someone and for her family as well, as before going to where the Holy Spirit sends me here in Barahona, I am led to pray with them, asking for the Holy Spirit’s anointing, in Jesus’s name. In these past two days my body has been in pain, itchy, but the Lord made a way to make the soursop, insulin, fenugreek, cinnamon tea, as well as the beet, apple, ginger, lime juice with a juicer that was allowed to be used in the place. We get to feel everything that is going on in the places we are sent spiritually and, in our bodies, and minds. I have heard the list of places where to go here and the town will be saturated with the Holy Spirit thru the Good News of Jesus and people coming to Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Food has to be bought each day to be heated up in a pan on the stove, which also gives an opportunity to share about Jesus in the places where the food is bought, as well as sharing a meal or two with others. The Lord has ways of showing up so people can know HE is real. That is why the Holy Spirit gives us gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirt so that people thru them could get to know Jesus as their Lord and savior. Everything we have gone thru is used to relate to those we will talk to, as it is different to say: I read in a book that people go thru this, than to say: I went thru it and Jesus pulled me thru and is now using it to take others from darkness into light, so that people can have identity, purpose, forgiveness, eternal life, fruits and gifts, after repenting and proclaiming Jesus as their Lord and Savior, getting baptized by immersion in water and receiving the Holy Spirit.
