Philippians 1:²¹ For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.

December 21, 2025. Today after waking up a few times and then being woken up for a while to hear from the Holy Spirit in the middle of the night; woke up, spoke to the Holy Spirit, listened to the Bible, heard to go get some needed items in the store, which was also to give the Good News of Jesús out loud and remind people that the celebration in this season is for what the Lord did on the cross and not so much about material things and stress. Then left the things that were bought in the store in the apartment to head to the hair salon, as the owner called me to share lunch. A couple that came over too were spoken to and after I stayed with the owner and the workers sharing testimonies about Jesús . The owner shared that she will miss me and that she hopes the Lord brings me back for her to get baptized. She has seen first hand how the Holy Spirit has worked.

When people are told that I am going to the next town the Holy Spirit is sending me to the general sense and word is that I will be missed, to which I am led to say that the purpose of the Holy Spirit sending me to a place is so that people who are meant to understand have a personal encounter with the Holy Spirit and have a relationship thru Jesus. It is also understood as in many of the places I am sent people don’t get to see the “Christians” interacting with people outside of the four walls. People are also not used to someone who expects nothing from people for themselves, but does all for the salvation of others. It is amazing for me to hear that I will be missed, as to me this is Biblical and the way Christianity is meant to be lived and shared, but I also understand that it is not the normal and that is why the Lord sends, all for the souls in the Great Commission.

What people get to sense in those who are sent is the fruits of the Holy Spirit, together with the gifts of the Spirit. It is so important to go thru the sanctification process, spending time with the Holy Spirit the moment we wake up, asking HIM to remove everything that is not of HIM and that we are filled with everything of HIS so HIS will can be done and HIS kingdom can come. Not everyone wants to surrender, but it is so worth it, as the Lord deserves nothing less than obedience. With obedience comes so much for so many people and our hope becomes at the end of all of this is to be part of the New Heaven and New Earth, as we read in Hebrews 11.

There is always the question of who waits for you in the next place?, how do you get provided? And the sense of fear of who takes care of me, until people understand that one of us is worth a thousand and that to live is Christ and to die is gain. There is so much confidence and peace knowing who’s we are and where we are going when Jesús comes.

Mark 16:¹⁷ And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak in new tongues; ¹⁸ they will pick up serpents with their hands; and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
