Less of me, more of You//Más de Ti, menos de mí

Reading for today Isaiah 56.

October 9, 2025. Today I woke up, prayed, and listened to the Bible in Isaiah where the Holy Spirit has me in the Bible app, started getting ready as I heard to make more copies of the Good News of Jesus paper, then got some breakfast and headed to a nearby hospital the Holy Spirit led me to go to bring the Good News of Jesus person by person, thru the emergency room. When I was a teenager this is where I did the 60 hours of social service required by the school in that time here in Bonao. At that time there were none of the items needed to take care of people and I saw a lot. It is interesting now to come as an ambassador of the Holy Spirit. People were very receptive to the message and received it with some saying thank you.

Then I was led to get some food, which sometimes I am led to save half for lunch and half for dinner. I became very sleepy, took a nap and after had lunch. This morning as I showered I was asking the Lord if I am doing things the way HE wants them done and to please provide as I had asked everyone and did not who else to ask for provision. I also prayed to get better as I don’t want to be doing the Great Commission feeling so bad as I had been feeling the past few weeks. Yesterday I was led to contact the one person that I was led to contact here and he said that God willing he would stop by. He is the brother of my stepmother, who is a Christian and as he shared is being used mightily here in this area for healing naturally with the Lord’s leading. When he arrived to the restaurant area of the hotel we sat, started sharing testimonies and he said he had $40,000 Dominican pesos for me, which is like $600 dollars and a bracelet that balances the organs and body, that costs like $300 hundred dollars, the Holy Spirit does things to show that HE is God and that is HIM doing it, with also so much excellence. I felt like crying as it was all an answer to prayer. He also shared as many years ago the Lord revealed to him that both my daughter and I were of the Holy Spirit way before I received the call from the Holy Spirit to be HIS ambassador. Jesus/ Holy Spirit, that is how the Lord works, I felt like crying as the Lord knows how to encourage us. The Holy Spirit confirmed so much and I felt so encouraged, I was also able to get another purse, as the one gotten in Yamasa was small, some not so casual sandals for when I am invited to a church or a more formal event, a skirt and a t-shirt. People often ask me how the mission gets done and this is how it works, all by faith, waiting, listening, asking, moving and the man said to keep doing things exactly as the Lord leads. Tomorrow I am hearing about going to a town for tomorrow and the Lord sent for the trip and the things needed till HE sends more. The Lord will lead as to what the money is for.

By the end of the night I was led to go downstairs to the restaurant area, get a smoothie, dinner for a man that sits in the are and he ended up repenting and accepting Jesus as his Lord and Savior. After I was led to sit down and to have a conversation about the different denominations with a man from the USA that is staying in the hotel and I was led to give the Good News of Jesus to people as they came in and out of the restaurant. All glory to Jesus/ Holy Spirit.

Thankful for all that have been praying for both my daughter and I. Also for those who are and have been of monetary support for this Great Commission, all for the souls and for those who are meant to understand, in Jesus name. Through the whole conversation this Bible verse was a reminder, as is the one the Holy Spirit gave me at the beginning of the call that is in 1 Corinthians 1:26-30: ²⁶ Remember, dear brothers and sisters, that few of you were wise in the world’s eyes or powerful or wealthy^[a] when God called you. ²⁷ Instead, God chose things the world considers foolish in order to shame those who think they are wise. And he chose things that are powerless to shame those who are powerful. ²⁸ God chose things despised by the world,^[b] things counted as nothing at all, and used them to bring to nothing what the world considers important. ²⁹ As a result, no one can ever boast in the presence of God. ³⁰ God has united you with Christ Jesus. For our benefit God made him to be wisdom itself. Christ made us right with God; he made us pure and holy, and he freed us from sin.
