Less of me, more of You

Reading for today Isaiah 26.

October 5,2025. Today woke up, prayed, did a warm up by moving my legs and arms, made a sandwich with some chocolate milk, listened to Isaiah which talks about each of the countries that also represent people now a days, as revealed by the Holy Spirit and will go down in a bit to get the lunch which I am led to split up for lunch and dinner.

On Thursday morning the room was extended till this coming Tuesday with an offering sent, then another young sister that was met while in Santo Domingo, while visiting a church was led to send some money to get healthy items such as vitamin b, and fruits and vegetables to make juices to help the immune system and see if that also helped with the times I felt like collapsing. One of the women that works in the restaurant part of the hotel invited me to her house and offered to make the juices in her home, as she has a juicer. The containers were bought in the restaurant to pour the juice into and bring them to the refrigerator. Before that I was led to go to the local market to bring the Good News of Jesus paper to each of the vendors. The vegetables were bought and the woman and I did not find each other but one of the young women in the hotel’s restaurant made me the beet, lime and carrot juice and the next day another one of the young women made me the juice and in the afternoon on Friday the woman took me to her home to also pray and read Psalms 91 which was the reading I heard for her, her daughter and a man that came to fix a leak.

She then took me back to the room, as a man that is one of the motor taxi driver was going to pick me up to go to the church he attends since coming out of the street, as the organization that the Holy Spirit used to help him attends that church. I was led to pray with the woman pastor for her skin and health after the message. The motorcycle taxi driver took me to the supermarket after to with what was left get some bread, yogurt and chocolate milk to have in the room to make sandwiches. I have about $6 dollars left in one account, around $5 in another and like $400 in Dominican pesos cash. I have to do laundry and only the Lord knows how the room will be paid after Tuesday, or what the Holy Spirit will do moving forward for that, food, transportation and more. I am in the Lord’s hands in Jesus name. After the church I was led to also tell the motor taxi driver to let’s stop by the main park as there is a young man who is always sitting there who has been fed and ministered so that he could have Jesus in his life, so that he could be connected with the Christian organization that helps people come out of the streets. We saw him and the motor taxi driver said he would find him in the morning and help him with the procedures of getting into the organization. I heard in the Holy Spirit that the man in the park is a wonderer as many are, so may the Lord’s kingdom come and will be done, in Jesus name.

I did get emotional and cried as my daughter’s birthday is coming up next month and I would love to see her, but I don’t know how the Lord will work it out as my life is not knowing where I will even be or how anything will work out, but I am trusting to be able to see her, as each year we have been able to see each other for her birthday, one way or another. Praying in Jesus name.

I need to also get another suitcase which there is a local store that has one for $800 Dominican pesos, which is the same size as the one I currently have. Praying to the Holy Spirit for the money to get the suitcase too, as the lady said she would save it for me. She had mentioned to take it and bring her the money, as we had prayed, but it’s best when the money is there so I told her to hold it for me.

Yesterday I was led to stay in, going down around 11:30 am to bring some of the buckets for the lady who is bringing more juice today, as the fruits and vegetables were left with her. The workers were also prayed for in a meeting they were having and some have started to ask questions about the call, denomination and other Christian topics. Meals have been also shared with the people in the street as led by the Holy Spirit together with the Good News of Jesus. The Lord and HIS ways.
