Less of me, more of You//Más de Ti, menos de mí

Reading for today: Psalms 91.

October 1,2025. Yesterday I woke up, listened to the Bible as the Holy Spirit had me give away a bracelet that was bought in Yamasa, and the Bible bought in Mao to a woman that was also staying in the hotel who the Lord needed to remind her a few things. Then I prayed, started getting ready to go to the local police station here in Bonao, Dominican Republic, where people are also waiting to be taken to a jail, depending on they have done. Before going to the police station ate some breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which is where most of the meals are gotten, there are a few homeless people in the area, to which the Holy Spirit leads as to who to give the food left and the message of Jesus. After I started feeling like collapsing and out of breath a bit, but still went to get what was left from the offerings to have for transportation and what ever else was going to be needed. The room was extended for 3 more nights as I heard, till Friday that came up to $106.59 dollars.

I walked after the bank to a nearby laundromat where the clothe is washed per pound, which came up to $340 Dominican pesos, which is like $5 dollars, for a bag with like 6 items as the clothe I have are not that many and every 3 or 4 days they get washed. The Good News of Jesus paper was given to each of the workers in the laundry mat. Then I was led to take a motor taxi to the police station, where this is the biggest one I have seen or been to yet, the police men that were sitting outside and in the are received the Good News of Jesus paper, then I asked where are the people that incarcerated and I was told to sit for a bit to wait for someone to accompany to them. I led to introduce my self as a missionary pastor who was coming to pray and read the Bible. The man with his police uniform came to get me and we walked to a space prepared for them that had access from the outside, the sun was beaming but the Holy Spirit gave me the sight and strength needed. The hotel staff let me use the hotel’s Bible to bring it back after I finished, after extending the room. The police man suggested that I did not get too close to the men in the cell, but I did not fear them and they listened till the last line of Psalms 91, in some occasions saying amen. I admitted to them and as I write this I feel the same, that I felt like crying from the love and pain the Lord feels for each of them. I then was led to say the Good News of Jesus found in John 14:6 and Romans 10:9-15. All of the men repeated the words as they were led to be said by the Holy Spirit and were so thankful.

I was then led to go out and give more of the Good News of Jesus papers and then take a motor taxi back to the hotel, eat something for lunch and then sleep for sometime. I am praying to the Lord that if I need vitamins or some reinforcement to please move someone to send the money. Also to move people as always for the money for the stay here if we will stay here after Friday or the money as always for the next place for the stay, transportation and all that is needed. This is the Lord’s Great commission and HE will make a way always.

Today I heard to rest. Thankful for those who are praying for both my daughter and I and for those who have been of monetary support for this Great Commission. Please see the different money sending ways and pray fully send what you can, as it will be a blessing for food, transportation, personal needs, needs of others, stay, laundry and all that is needed day to day for the souls in Jesus name.
