Less of me, more of You//Más de Ti, menos de mí

Reading for today from Psalms 91: ¹ Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
² This I declare about the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him. ³ For he will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease. ⁴ He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings.
His faithful promises are your armor and protection. ⁵ Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies in the day. ⁶ Do not dread the disease that stalks in darkness, nor the disaster that strikes at midday. ⁷ Though a thousand fall at your side, though ten thousand are dying around you, these evils will not touch you. ⁸ Just open your eyes, and see how the wicked are punished.

⁹ If you make the Lord your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, ¹⁰ no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home. ¹¹ For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go. ¹² They will hold you up with their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone. ¹³ You will trample upon lions and cobras; you will crush fierce lions and serpents under your feet!

¹⁴ The Lord says, “I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name. ¹⁵ When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them. ¹⁶ I will reward them with a long life and give them my salvation.”

September 17, 2025. Jesus/ Holy Spirit. Today woke up, listened to the Bible, prayed for both me and my daughter, the town, the different situations in this town and country and did the reservation for the next place in the next town which is like 5 and a half hours away from where the Lord has me here in Yamasa, with the money a woman was led to send. I prayed as I have been praying for the past two weeks for the money for these 14 days here in this apartment that were left to be paid, at times being reminded that this is the Holy Spirit’s Great Commission and at other time crying and crying asking the Holy Spirit to not let me leave this place without paying it as it was the testimony that was not going to be good. I do feel the changes and moments in the Great Commission, specially where there is going to be a change of place, the days before are rough for me physically and spiritually. The Lord did move a brother in Christ today to send $300 dollars which came in cash thru a sending company, then there were $120 left in the account which $100 served to pay the $420 that were owed to the people in the apartment. Look at God, on time God. I kept hearing to wait, as I took the step of faith of getting the next place in the next town the Holy Spirit is sending me. I took a step and HE took one too. Hebrews 11: 1 explains what faith is: Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see. This is a walk of faith and it is challenging and crazy to many, as I get to be questioned so much by the teachers of the law and those who have not had an encounter with the Holy Spirit or have read the book of Acts in the Bible, that shows the example as well as Paul of people who had an encounter with the Holy Spirit and were anointed by the Holy Spirit to then be commissioned by the Holy Spirit. From time to time I get those opinions of people asking who is my pastor, where is the church that sponsors me or covers me, but as time goes by the Holy Spirit reminds me of how I was called and commissioned and depend on the Holy Spirit, how it has been so many countries and places, not knowing what will happen on the way or arriving, but trusting that as the Holy Spirit sent me there that means HE has been there and who ever is meant to understand WILL understand. Matthew 23 is also a great reminder from the Lord, take the time to read it. It is never easy, as all I get is the name of the town or country and everything unfolds from there, FAITH, all by FAITH and trust that those who are meant to understand will understand and that by the Holy Spirit being spread out together with the Good News of Jesus that place will never be the same. I have to say this season has been one of the hardest and I am always praying to the Lord to never let my hard be harden and to always return me to my first love which is Jesus/ Holy Spirit and HE does.

Nowhere in the Bible does it say it would be easy to follow Jesus or to do the Great Commission, but the Lord makes us understand the importance of obedience and trusting in HIM no matter the cost or what we go thru as our hope is that we will be part of the New Heaven and New Earth after all of this, that when HE comes we will go with HIM there and be in HIS presence eternally, where there will be no more evil, or hunger or any of the things we go thru here. It does not feel good when we are going thru trials, persecution, false things about us, but it will all be worth it when Jesus comes. I do feel the change and everything that happens every time in both my body and soul. The Lord reminds us that everything we go thru is used to minister to others, even though it is all definitely felt. I don’t know what awaits in this new town the Lord is sending me to tomorrow, I don’t know what it looks like, how the place HE(the Holy Spirit) told me to rent for two days for now looks like or what spiritual situation they are going thru, but I am trusting that HE has gone there and that HE knows why HE is sending me there. I do know I have to take a taxi from here to the bus stop that takes me to Santo Domingo, the capital, which takes about an hour to arrive to the capital from here, to then take a taxi to get to the bus company that takes me to the next town, which I was told is about 4 hours, to then take a motor taxi to the place the Holy Spirit is having me stay and do the Great Commission. Trusting that all that is needed will be provided. Praying as always for the Lord’s kingdom to come and HIS will to be done, in Jesus name and that all that is needed will be available as always to do HIS will, HIS way.

Revelations 21: Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared. And the sea was also gone. ² And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. ³ I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, “Look, God’s home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them.^[a] 4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.”

⁵ And the one sitting on the throne said, “Look, I am making everything new!” And then he said to me, “Write this down, for what I tell you is trustworthy and true.” ⁶ And he also said, “It is finished! I am the Alpha and the Omega—the Beginning and the End. To all who are thirsty I will give freely from the springs of the water of life. ⁷ All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings, and I will be their God, and they will be my children. ⁸ “But cowards, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft, idol worshipers, and all liars—their fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”
