Reading from Psalms 91.

A soul tie is a deep spiritual and emotional connection between two people that extends beyond typical relationships and can influence thoughts, emotions, and actions. 

Restraint is the act of holding something back.

September 14, 2025. Today I woke up, prayed, as I am waiting for the provision to move to the next town and pay for this place for the last two weeks and the transportation to get to the next place. Then started getting ready to go to a church I had attended, called a neighbor who has a motorcycle taxi to go to the ATM as a sister was led to send some money which is enough for today and tomorrow for the food items and personal needs. On the way to the church asked a neighbor that attends that church and he said that the church was having a service tonight instead of in the morning so I told the neighbor to take me to the ATM and then to a nearby church. When I went in my eyes became so blurry, then I heard: lack of Holiness. The topic was the Bible with a very empty message, lacking the Holy Spirit. At the end I asked the “preacher” to let me pray and the questions were: who is your pastor? which church do you go to? which are questions that are common in this country with the teachers of the law who lack the Holy Spirit therefore do not recognize it. He did not say no but prayed and let the people go. Then I was led to get lunch and some needed items with the money the sister was led to send yesterday and came back. When arriving to where the Lord has me I hear to write about restraints/soul ties.

The amount of restraint to the Holy Spirit is amazing here. A while ago the Holy Spirit had told me that the enemy could not kill us all at once so he was going to work hard to dim the authority and power of the Holy Spirit and the enemy and the principalities do. In the last town the Lord had sent me I heard: ataduras in Spanish and in English is restraint. There were people restrained by the opposite sex, by children that were not theirs, by dept, by material things and much more. Sexual immortality is rampant as there is a way that people can live together without getting married called free union or in Spanish: Union libre, A common-law marriage is a relationship between two people who share a stable life as a couple without having legally formalized their bond through marriage, but who do generate certain rights and obligations between them. Therefore sexual immortality has been legalized without the people understanding the spiritual implications that that has, as we get attached to the person and what ever they are carrying. It is not godly to live together with someone while having sex, without being married. When we are in place that are dealing with soul ties and other situations we get to feel them and get attacked by it, which is what happened to me and has tried to happen before, it affects but like Job the Holy Spirit does not let it affect our souls and uses the situations for us to learn and teach others about it.

There are many chosen who are so tied to the different ways the enemy has bound them. The Lord sent me to that town called Brisa del Este, where as in many towns here in the Dominican Republic, because what was left by the colonizers and the people they brought there is a lot of idolatry and witchraft, as well as voodoo, which because of the lack of the Holy Spirit people mix with other beliefs. Those who are meant to understand will understand and the Holy Spirit sends us to fill the places with the Holy Spirit as we share the Good News of Jesus and people proclaim it and get baptized by submersion in water. We are attacked in many different ways as it happened to me in Brisa del Este, which I could say was one of the most brutal and dark places I have been sent to, but praying that the kingdom of the Lord prevails and that those who are meant to understand do. In Jesus name.

At the end of the day I was led to go to a local church around 7pm and listen to a preacher from the USA about the process we go thru as chosen. Then the Lord’s supper was done according to the word which is always nice. I was reminded of the first time I was able to eat the supper how I ran to the line so excited. Then I asked the pastor if it was possible to get a Bible but the one they offered had tiny letters and is a version I do not connect with and she said I could not change it so the Lord will provide. It is amazing what the lack of the Holy Spirit and discernment will do and when we don’t understand that everything that goes thru our hands is for the work of the Lord. I have been led to give so much and so much is also provided for the souls. The Holy Spirit will provide one in HIS perfect time. I asked the preacher for prayer and he did and the man that was with him gave me encouraging words from the Lord.
