Less of me, more of You//Más de Ti, menos de mí

Reading from John 17.

September 3,2025. For sometime I had been hearing to go to Cotui, Monte Plata again, I was not sure if it was to stay there or to go for a day. I heard to extend this place in Yamasa for 7 more nights which the total is $200 dollars, which the Lord will move or ask who to ask to pay it. The Holy Spirit woke me up early to listen to John 17 and place the day in the Lord’s hands, together with the full armor and be covered with ung man blood. I got ready, ate, then called a neighbor to please take me to this town called Don Juan to take a bus to Cevicos to then take a car to Cotui. I am still healing and unpacking everything that happened in the last 5 months, which I would describe as one of the most brutal attacks to my heart and so much evil at once. The young man/ assignment together with his family finally left on Monday of this week. Wow so much evil. I still have moments where I cry and cry with a deep deep cry to the Lord. The man that I knew as my earthly father till a few years ago, as I was told he was not my biological father and have not met the man that is my father, has passed away, yesterday on the way to Cotui my daughter sent me the image that my “mother” sent her with the news and I felt nothing, nothing at all, neither did my daughter, maybe because we have found healing and understanding on that topic with the Lord or because we have been thru so much with all of them that there is a sense of peace from the Holy Spirit. HE will let us know why we feel nothing, maybe the Lord filled all of those spaces. Only the Lord knows.

On the way to Don Juan got to hear some of the neighbors life story, then I shared the testimony of coming to Jesus, getting baptized and being called, it is interesting that in the places the Lord puts me in I am a rare person even to people who go to church, as many mention they have never met someone that depends only on the Holy Spirit and those the Holy Spirit move to give. Then the neighbor was led to wait with me for the bus who took round 30 minutes to come. The neighbor was paid and I was led to get a skirt in the store across the street, with the Good News of Jesus paper and the woman mentioning she is a nurse who also takes care of the pre diabetic and that later she was going to go visit people to please pray for her health. In Catholicism they believe that salvation comes from doing deeds, which is a prevalent religion in this are, as well as witchcraft and Voodoo. On the bus the Good News of Jesus was given and when arriving to Cevicos to take a car to Cotui; I was led to go into a store, look for a skirt and use the bathroom there. Got a skirt and walk over to the restaurant near by where there was a young woman the Holy Spirit had connected me to and her dad says he is a pastor, who mentioned as many do that I need a covering from a pastor and a church, which the Lord has not given me since coming to him in 2011. It’s interesting to me when people say this as who was the covering for the first disciples, as they were commissioned by the Holy Spirit in Acts 2, after receiving the Holy Spirit. It’s like people want to take the word in their way and manipulated. I don’t have a physical pastor or a church base but the Holy Spirit provides me with whom ever is needed when needed. It’s amazing. The man did say he would like me to come to talk to the women in the church about Grace. I kept going after eating lunch which they did not charge me for, together with some juice.

On the vehicle to Cotui the man driver was led to give me coconut water, we spoke together with a woman that was also going and it was so amazing to them that the Lord provides with what is needed to do the Great Commission, that is usually the case too, where people find it amazing that the Lord provides. I was dropped off by the market in Cotui where there are several botánicas, which sell witchcraft and other idols, in on of the botánicas there were two women who seemed surprised that someone was bringing them the Good News of Jesus. Then I was led to walk business by business and give the vendors the Good News of Jesus paper, stopping at a specific one to get some needed items to bring back. The Good News of Jesus paper was given to a few people and the bathroom was used at a hair salon where there was also drinking water.

The neighbor picked me up after the bus on his small motorcycle, taking me to the house to drop off the things, to go get a hair color and then do my nails. I layes down at the nail place where there is a young woman who has been receiving teachings and has received Jesus as her Lord and Savior and next door is a young woman that sells accessories who has also received Jesus and is receiving teachings from the online page. We shared a snack, the Good News of Jesus and conversations were had, then the motorcycle man who has been transporting me locally here came to pick me up and took me to get some items needed. The Good News of Jesus was also given at the stores together with hugs.

The Lord knows what will happen moving forward, whom HE will tell me to ask or who HE will move to pay the next seven days witch is like $200 dollars and what will happen as HE has me here and moves me in HIS will all for the souls in the Great Commission. Only the Lord knows all we go thru for the souls and the Great Commission, Romans 8, Hebrews 11 and Revelations 21(Read them) are an encouragement as that is where we will be as we have obeyed here on earth. In Jesus name.
