The information about each Scripture from the Bible was led by the Holy Spirit to be gotten from Google.
2 Timothy 3:16-17: 16 All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. 17 God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work. James 1: 5 If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.

Matthew 12:48–50: “Who is my mother and who are my brothers?” is a quote from the Bible in which Jesus redefines family in spiritual terms.
What does it mean?
Jesus is emphasizing that a relationship with God is more important than biological family ties.
Jesus is teaching that people are connected by their will to obey God, not by their earthly relationships.
Jesus is teaching that people should believe in him and follow him to be connected to him spiritually.
Where does it appear in the Bible?
In the Bible, Matthew 12:48–50 says, “Who is my mother? And who are my brothers?”.
Jesus then points to his disciples and says, “Here is my mother! Here are my brothers!”.
He continues, “Anyone who does what my Father in heaven wants is my brother or sister or mother”.

In Matthew 10:16, Jesus is telling his disciples that they will be sent out into a hostile environment, like sheep among wolves, and therefore need to be cautious and wise like snakes while maintaining innocence and peacefulness like doves, essentially meaning they should be astute in navigating difficult situations while remaining morally upright.
Key points about this verse:
- “Sheep among wolves”:Represents vulnerability and potential danger, highlighting the challenging circumstances the disciples will face.
- “Shrewd as snakes”:Implies the need for discernment, awareness of potential threats, and strategic thinking to avoid unnecessary harm.
- “Harmless as doves”:Represents maintaining a pure and peaceful attitude, even in the face of opposition.

Romans 10:9 says, “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved”.
Explanation
Romans 10:9 is a Bible verse that states that a person can be saved by confessing that Jesus is Lord and believing that God raised Jesus from the dead. The verse emphasizes the importance of both belief and confession in the Christian faith.
Key points
- Belief in the resurrection of Jesus is a fundamental part of the Christian faith.
- The resurrection affirms Jesus’ victory over sin and death.
- Faith in Christ, including Christ’s place on the cross as a substitute for sin, is essential to being declared righteous by God.
- Some Christians use this passage to support their belief that eternal salvation is guaranteed by accepting Jesus Christ.

In the Bible story in Matthew 8, where Jesus casts demons into pigs, he chose pigs because they were considered “unclean” animals under Jewish law, making them a fitting symbol and a harmless destination for the unclean spirits (demons), essentially allowing the demons to “go where they belonged” while freeing the possessed man; this also served to demonstrate Jesus’ power over evil spirits by letting them enter the pigs and causing them to run off a cliff and drown.
Key points about this story:
- Symbolic meaning: Pigs were seen as impure in Jewish culture, so allowing demons to enter them was a powerful visual representation of their evil nature.
- Demon’s request: The demons in the story actually asked Jesus to let them enter the pigs, which he agreed to.
- Teaching moment: This event served as a demonstration of Jesus’ authority over evil spirits and his compassion for the possessed man.
