Less of me, more of You//Más de Ti, menos de mí

February 9, 2025. WOW!!!! Yesterday as I heard to stay was powerful, dark and purposeful as it is with the Journey of the Great Commission, as in the room the Holy Spirit returned me to where my blood brother from my mom came in very anxious and restless to the area they are in, I heard a story to tell him so he could leave once and for all so that he could go thru the journey he needs to go with the Lord so that the purpose in his life could be accomplished so he can be delivered and be part of the plan the Holy Spirt has with him. My mother who has been the facilitator and also possessed as my brother, which has affected her faith in Jesus is having a hard time accepting the process they both have to go thru, but the Holy Spirit told me I do my part and he does HIS as the purpose with their lives and the closeness with the Lord for both will happen. I was reminded of how I have had to not idolize and or make my God anyone else but God, Jesus, Holy Spirit. I had to understand this with my daughter, as I need to trust her with God as HE called me to answer the Great Commission that is in Matthew 28:16-20. It has taken a long time to understand the concept of an idol for me, as it is a total surrender the Lord asks from us when we give our lives to HIM, as we read in many passages of the Bible such as: Luke 9:58-60New International Version ⁵⁸ Jesus replied, “Foxes have dens and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.” ⁵⁹ He said to another man, “Follow me.” But he replied, “Lord, first let me go and bury my father.” ⁶⁰ Jesus said to him, “Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God.” And: Matthew 16: ²⁴ Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. ²⁵ For whoever wants to save their life^[f] will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it. ²⁶ What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? ²⁷ For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done.

There are places that tell people that their first “ministry” is their family, what the Bible says is “Instruct the child in the way of the Lord” means to actively teach a child about God’s teachings and principles, guiding them to live a life aligned with Christian values, essentially raising them with a strong foundation in faith; this phrase is often referenced from the Bible verse Proverbs 22:6 which says, “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” But each person after they are an adult has to make their own decision to accept Jesus or not. Jesus who is the Lord earthly family did not understand until HE died. Also in “Who are my mother and brothers?” is a phrase from the Bible that Jesus said in response to his mother and brothers asking to speak with him. Jesus went on to explain that his mother and brothers are those who do the will of God, and that anyone who does so is considered his family. 

Explanation:

• In the Bible, Jesus says, “Who are my mother and brothers?” in the Gospels(Good News of Jesus) of Matthew, Mark, and Luke. 
• In Matthew 12:48-50, Jesus points to his disciples and says, “Here are my mother and my brothers”. 
• In Luke 8:19-21, Jesus says, “My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God and do it”. 
• Jesus’s declaration of family was controversial because it challenged the social order of the time and of this time for many people until the anointing and understanding of the Holy Spirit thru Jesus.
• Jesus’s invitation to be part of his family is open to all who follow him, regardless of background, ethnicity, or social status. 
• These and many other concepts are only understood thru the anointing of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

The Bible verse 1 Corinthians 2:14 states, “The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned”. 

Explanation:

This verse explains that only those who have the Holy Spirit can understand the things of the Spirit. The Holy Spirit reveals the truths of Scripture and helps believers understand the gifts and blessings God has given them.  Related Bible verses:

• Romans 8:5: Also mentions “the things of the Spirit” 
• 1 Corinthians 2:13: Explains that spiritual things are taught by the Spirit, not by human wisdom 
• John 14:26: Jesus promises to send the Holy Spirit to teach people all things 
• That is also why we cannot try to disciple/teach about Christianity to people if they have not yet received Jesus as their Lord and Savior and have been baptized by submersion in water to be anointed/baptized by the Holy Spirit or ever debate, which we should never debate, as the Holy Spirit reminds me that the Holy Spirit does not need defending, HE needs witnesses of HIS. The Bible verse that describes the Holy Spirit as the one who convinces is John 16:8: “And when He comes, He will convict the world in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment” Explanation: In this verse, Jesus promises the Holy Spirit to his disciples. The Holy Spirit’s conviction is a three-fold ministry: 
• Sin: The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin 
• Righteousness: The Holy Spirit convinces the world of God’s righteousness 
• Judgment: The Holy Spirit convicts the world of the day of reckoning, when God will judge the world 
• The Holy Spirit also convinces people of the truth by declaring it to their hearts. We when given gifts of the Holy Spirit are to do what it says in Ephesians 4: ¹¹ So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, ¹² to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up ¹³ until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. ¹⁴ Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. ¹⁵ Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. 

It is very easy for us as humans to make other things other than God a God, cellphone, job, identity, money, people, car, house, family and anything else we wake up thinking about first thing in the morning or what takes the sleep away that is not God, Jesus, Holy Spirit. Exodus 20 The Ten Commandments 1. And God spoke all these words, saying, ² “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. ³ “You shall have no other gods before^[a] me. ⁴ “You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. ⁵ You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and the fourth generation of those who hate me, ⁶ but showing steadfast love to thousands^[b] of those who love me and keep my commandments.

Then today after reading the Bible, praying on the rooftop of the place the Holy Spirit has me in, hearing what to wear, surrendering and resting in the Lord with what is happening with the earthly mom and brother, where when the mother woke up she tried to start a sad conversation about the situation with the brother and the Holy Spirit gave me word right away to point the situation to the Lord not human. Then made breakfast for her and I, putting worship and the sermon the Holy Spirit led to put, which she mentioned that Christian music and sermons bother something inside of her, to which I was prompted to say that it is the spiritual fight from within that is bothered. Holy Spirit things such as worship and sermons convict us, such as what reading the Bible also does, which it says in 2 Timothy 3:¹⁶ All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, ¹⁷ so that the servant of God^[a] may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

I was led to then go to a church where the Holy Spirit had connected me with the Apostle to disciple her for a few days, to today bring John 17 and Matthew 5:1-16, the anointing of the Holy Spirit to the people starting the church, and repentance on their knees. The Holy Spirit has done that in most of the places HE has sent me to bring Revival. Revival happens when people receive Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Had $600 pesos left today which is about $10 dollars, which served to pay for the taxi and feed a couple of people and my self on the way out of the church plant.

At the end of the day the spirit of Jezebel, which the Holy Spirt revealed is in my mom, which will be delivered once she surrenders to Jesus(which we could read in the Bible about her story and the description of the spirit and how it operates, that comes thru different situations, (also being an unhealed thorny soil, which we could read about the parable of the different soils and its meaning in both Luke 8 and Matthew 13) in my mom is lashing out at the Holy Spirit in me; calling me fanatic because I say that God told me, always listening to worship and sermons. Also because my brother left. I know this is all spiritual and that they both will come to Jesus out of desperation and the Holy Spirit reminded me of Moses with my brothers situation of going thru the desert to accomplish the purpose the Lord has with his life. I was told by the Holy Spirit about the lashing out, as well as how long the Holy Spirit said I will be here. This area is also heavily possessed as I had shared before by all that is being done around here and all that was left by the colonizers and the people they brought, as it is a colonial zone, but the light shines in the darkness and the darkness cannot overcome it. Once people receive Jesus it all changes.

Today there were so many anointing and victories, the enemy will also lash out thru the people closes to us who do not have a relationship with the Holy Spirit yet. After all that was said to what ever she has inside spiritually I heard from the Holy Spirit to give her a hug, apologize, to say less and pray more, to let God be God in their lives. The Holy Spirit constantly reminds me not to let the guard down, as we read in Ephesians 6:10-18. The Holy Spirit also sent word thru a few sisters in Christ that I was led to share what was happening. The Holy Spirit prays and intercedes for us thru HIS people. We are constantly being attacked, processed and the rest of the things that happen to those who are answering the Great Commission, but we must remember Romans 8. May the Lord’s kingdom keep coming and his will being done, in Jesus name.

Thankful for those who have and are praying for both my daughter and I, for the Lord’s kingdom to come and will to be done in Jesus name and for those who have and will be of monetary offering. It all helps with the Great Commission, as you can see and read. All for the souls!

Please consider being part of this Great Commission with how ever much the Holy Spirit leads you, it will be a blessing to so many. I only ask because the Holy Spirit has asked me to ask. To get some needed items, transportation, food which is also being led to be given in some vulnerable areas where the Good News of Jesus will be given and other needed expenses for the Great Commission, as led by the Holy Spirit.
