Reading for today: 1 Samuel 30

June 13, 2024. Yesterday after waking up and going back to sleep I heard to stay in and be in the Lord’s presence, reading the word and watching the series the Chosen in their app online. Going to sleep and waking up. When I am exhausted in body and spirit I have a lot of crying moments and the Lord makes sure rest is taken as a lot comes out of the Holy Spirit in us as we are answering the Great Commission as we read in Luke 8: 46 But Jesus said, “Somebody touched Me, for I perceived power going out from Me.” Being provided also to order in for lunch and dinner and staying in the sleeping gown, which was so needed and of the Lord to give and make sure rest is taken, which HE always makes sure, as we read in Exodus 20:⁸ “Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. ⁹ Six days you shall labor and do all your work, ¹⁰ but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns. ¹¹ For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.

The next day I was so mentally attacked waking up thru guilt and condemnation about the past and how many things had happened, I even threw up and was feeling very drowsy and weak. I was then led to listen to the word, put worship, take a shower and put on the full armor and being covered by the blood of Jesus. After getting ready I was led which way to walk in the area where the Holy Spirit has me, where to turn specifically and I kept being reminded by the Holy Spirit that in our weakness the Holy Spirit’s power is made perfect, as we read in 2 Corinthians 12: ⁹ But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. ¹⁰ That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. I was led to go into a barbershop, give the Good News of Jesus paper to each of the men, even the one sitting outside, to which they were so thankful, to some of the homeless people in the area, which were very thankful as well. Then being led to go to a nail salon across the street and give the Good News of Jesus paper to the women and men who owned and worked at the place, then being led to keep walking as the Holy Spirit led. I was feeling so drowsy and weak, to which I kept hearing the 2 Corinthians 12 scripture and was led to go into a nail place to do my feet who had gone thru a lot in the walking and it was for the young lady who did my feet who got to read the Good News of Jesus paper, had many questions and was so thankful to be receiving the Good News of Jesus, as well as the rest of the people who also worked there. I was led to keep walking and was led to go into this cafe and give the Good News of Jesus paper to each of the workers, get some soup and a ginger tea and got to the pharmacy next door to get something for the stomach which was also to leave the Good News of Jesus paper next to the register and on the counter where more people could see it. The Holy Spirit is very specific in the places where HE places us and has us. The God who sees.

I was then led to get some food items, which also served to order a taxi on an online app, which served to give the Good News of Jesus paper to the driver who was reminded and encouraged by the Good News of Jesus and the fact that he had been the one to transport to get the message. I then was led to take a nap, which served to recuperate from the throwing up and the attack that happened in the morning. After waking up I heard to take all of the items that were bought to make a sandwich to the fellowship area where I was led to prepare the sandwich. While eating the sandwich I heard that after eating to sit with a couple that was on the couches across, which was to share experiences and encourage and anoint a woman who has been sensing the Lord will call her into the Great Commission full time. They were led to ask me to join them for pizza and their meeting and I was so encouraged by the testimonies of how the Holy Spirit was moving thru some in mighty ways. I heard to go with them where they were going and it turns out they were doing the food truck with a prayer station and evangelizing. It was so recharging to share the Good News of Jesus, pray and do and say as the Holy Spirit led with the veteran men, it was a recharge and the Holy Spirit gave me understanding that that is why I was so attacked, because of what was coming and done for the souls. We came back to the urban ministry place as they were led to unpack all that had happened and I was led to share as the Holy Spirit led. Some asked me if I was going with them the next day, which I prayed as they asked and at the end of the night the leader came and expressed that she was thankful for the time that was shared, but that there was something I had said in the unpacking of how we need to pray and be covered by the Holy Spirit, HIS blood and armor, with also asking the Lord to not let us take anything that was delivered every end of a time after evangelizing such as the one had at the veteran’s place, as the evil spirits can not come in to us unless we allow them into us thru sexual intercourse, as we are giving them permission to come into us. (sexual immorality In the New Testament, “sexual immorality” is most frequently translated as porneia, which means “a surrendering of sexual purity,” and is mostly used regarding premarital sexual relations. From this Greek word, we get the English word pornography, deriving from the idea of “selling off.” Sexual immorality is essentially the “selling off” of sexual purity and involves sexual expression beyond the boundaries of a biblically defined marriage relationship (Matthew 19:4-5). 1 Corinthians 6: ¹⁸ Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.), Which in that case we repent and have to be delivered, but evil spirits can get attached to us, so we need to release them from around us in Jesus name before arriving to where we are being led to sleep. She mentioned that it made some people uncomfortable and that they did not share this believe, and that it was best if it was just the team the next day, which I answered that I shared as the Holy Spirit led and that I don’t take things personal anymore as the Holy Spirit has made me understand that nothing is about me. I was led to then after they all left the area to go back to the room and on the way I asked to Lord to please correct me if I had said anything wrong, to which the Holy Spirit clarified the why of her reaction. I heard that what needed to be done was done and that those who were meant to understand understood and or will understand. The ladies and I did have an encouraging conversation before that happened. Matthew 5: ¹¹ “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. ¹² Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you. ¹³ “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. ¹⁴ “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. ¹⁵ Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. ¹⁶ In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

Jesus wants you to know that HE LOVES YOU. He wants a relationship with you. Our sins separate us from God when we break his commandments. But if we repent and accept Jesus as our God and Savior, there is forgiveness, healing, restoration, purpose, eternal life, and much more. Talk to Him.🙏He wants to hear from you. 🖤 We are born to be loved by the Lord, to worship HIM, and to obey HIM through HIS Great Commission.
