Less of me, more of You//Más de Ti, menos de mí

Reading for today 1 Samuel 16.

June 3, 2024. Today was woken up earlier to pray, read the Bible, spend one on one deep time with the Holy Spirit, read the Bible in 1 Samuel 16, which is speaking so much in this season about so many reminders from the Holy Spirit. There was a heaviness that has been so felt and the heaviness became so strong that after praying and reading the Bible and the devotional I had to go back to sleep after crying out to the Lord. After waking up had a message from my daughter which was a of great joy, as I had asked the Lord for provision for somethings as well as being able to spend time with her this week and with what the Lord provided thru a sister in a church this Sunday the things that needed to get paid and gotten as well as spending time with my daughter happened. On the way to meet her the bus where I was first waiting was delayed twice, which I had heard to go another way and take the bus somewhere else. The warfare on my body and mind started as I started walking down to the other bus, sensing a big opposition and pressure. The bus that was taken was so full and I was being so mentally attacked so much, then people kept coming in the bus as it was full and at one point the Holy Spirit prompted me to share the Good News of Jesus out loud on the bus for everyone to hear. Then people kept getting on and off until a young woman got on, stood next to me and I was led to give her the Good News of Jesus new card, she started opening up, I was led to listen by the Holy Spirit, after a few minutes I was led to explain the Good News of Jesus from John 14:6 and Romans 10:9, then I was led to do the prayer of Salvation with her repeating, she did, and she opened up more, I was led to anoint her with the Holy Spirit and let her know to ask in the church she said she attended about the baptism, which I was led to explain that baptism is the public declaration of our faith, the death and resurrection of the old person to start the new life as we see in Matthew 3 and John 3. She was so thankful that the Lord sent her someone, which was a reminder of the God who sees, who is always pursuing HIS creation.

Arrived to meet my daughter, we hugged as she has also been going thru some Great Commission things but has also been given and directed to go to places to refill and recharge with the Lord. We ate, spoke, did our hand nails and then each went on our way with the Holy Spirit reminding us of many teachings to encourage us as if anyone knows how this all is and the price we pay is HIM who came as a man and the last scripture HE gave us before saying goodbye was Matthew 5: ¹³ “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. ¹⁴ “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. ¹⁵ Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. ¹⁶ In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. There are places, cities, towns where there are different principalities that try to take over, there are portals people unknowingly open thru so many temptations, false believes, music, shows, that hide themselves behind things that seems entertaining and “good” for those watching or listening and in this city there is a lot of a lot going on and as we are connected to the Holy Spirit that lives in us there are days and moments where it is so felt, which the enemies of our souls use also to exhaust us and harden our hearts and that is where filling up everyday with the Lord’s word in the Bible, worship, the different parts of the Lord’s body who pray with us and for us, as the Lord intercedes thru each of us for each of us who have the Holy Spirit, surrendering and remembering scriptures such as Matthew 5: 1-16, Ephesians 3:1-13 and 1 Peter 2:9-10, which are the identity the Lord gives us as we have surrendered our lives to HIM and are walking in obedience. Before getting on the first bus there was a young man at the bus stop who was selling some clothe and was homeless as he stated; I was led to give him the Good News of Jesus card, which he also showed me how someone else had given him the Good News of Jesus paper with other information, I was led to listen to him, giving him words as the Holy Spirit led, then after he was heard I heard to pray over him leaning next to him with my hands on his back, he bowed in reverence and received the prayer, he was so thankful for the prayer, then a lady that was one of the people at the bus stop who was also listening handed him some cash, which was an answer to prayer as he was collecting money, which I did not have cash with me, but the prayer was for him to surrender his life to Jesus, being reminded of Matthew 6: ³³ But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. The prayer also was for him to be surrounded by other Holy Spirit filled people as he seeks the Kingdom of God and HIS righteousness, for all that he needed would be provided. I got on the bus and people started to come in, there was a woman who sat in the seat in front of me who started sharing her life, I was led to give her the Good News of Jesus card, she said she sensed I was from the Lord as she felt so much peace with me, I was led to share some of my testimony and how because I was explained how the Lord came as man to give HIS life for us thru Jesus I got on my knees and accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior, got baptized, received the Holy Spirit, was called to Yonkers, NY first then being sent to 21 countries in the Red Zones, which encouraged her, as I was also led to give the Good News of Jesus card to a young man on the bus who had a huge bottle of alcohol and was yelling in the bus as he spoke on the phone, after he received the card he came down a bit and we both got off the bus in the same stop but he went another way, I prayed that He would read the card and have an encounter with the Holy Spirit thru Jesus.

I was led to go into a local store where I was sent before, getting some items that had finished, then being led to take a taxi from an online app and got a man name Pauls as the driver with whom I was led to give the Good News of Jesus card with the Bible and this page QR code who professed to have been catholic, but that had been seeking more answers as he was seen some incoherent things happening with the pope, to which I was led to explain the Good News of Jesus, and encourage him to seek the answers in the Bible, as he proclaimed Jesus as his Lord and Savior and he was led to go into the QR codes to learn more. The Great Commission is coming to an end soon in the place where the Holy Spirit has had me for the past weeks where so much was done and unfolded in Jesus name. The Lord is already leading and providing who to ask, who has also sent the amount led to be asked for the next Great Commission place, which will be called, for HIS kingdom to come and will be done. It’s all about the souls, for those who are meant to understand to understand, it is all about being loved by God and serving HIM. The biggest blessing is that we get to be part of the new heaven and new earth when the Lord comes back, as we read and are reminded in Hebrews 11: ⁸ By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place that he was to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going. ⁹ By faith he went to live in the land of promise, as in a foreign land, living in tents with Isaac and Jacob, heirs with him of the same promise. ¹⁰ For he was looking forward to the city that has foundations, whose designer and builder is God. ¹³ These all died in faith, not having received the things promised, but having seen them and greeted them from afar, and having acknowledged that they were strangers and exiles on the earth. ¹⁴ For people who speak thus make it clear that they are seeking a homeland. ¹⁵ If they had been thinking of that land from which they had gone out, they would have had opportunity to return. ¹⁶ But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared for them a city.

Jesus wants you to know that HE LOVES YOU. He wants a relationship with you. Our sins separate us from God when we break his commandments. But if we repent and accept Jesus as our God and Savior, there is forgiveness, healing, restoration, purpose, eternal life, and much more. Talk to Him.🙏He wants to hear from you. 🖤 We are born to be loved by the Lord, to worship HIM, and to obey HIM through HIS Great Commission.
