Reading for today John 14.
Sunday, April 28, 2024. Today woke up listened to the word in the Bible on the phone, prayed, surrendered the day to the Lord and my life, then started getting ready to go to a church with my daughter which we thought it was the church my daughter would go to, but the Holy Spirit had other plans. I got ready as the full armor would be put on as well as the blood of Jesus for both my daughter and I. Praying that the will of the Lord and HIS kingdom come in Jesus name. Before leaving the interfaith hotel the Holy Spirit has me in, which is a personal size room, with shared bathrooms and showers; the woman at the reception stopped me to ask me if I still wanted the room, as she was told that the room would be paid per night, I told her I had spoken to the manager of the online booking page and he had placed a block on the room in the page and that I would pay as provided or per night. I can’t imagine what people feel with this faith walk the Lord has called me to have, but then the testimonies that are shared are powerful, which the Holy Spirit has made me understand to share that testimonies encourage people and that nothing is about me, as I already know who’s I am and where I am going, that it is about those who need to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior that as the Lord’s creation is taken care of(The Great Commission, in Matthew 28:16-21), the Lord takes care of us and ours. I asked the Lord what was going on with the room and I heard the word: ASK. Proverbs 37: 25 I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread. On the train on the way to the visiting the church I was led to give the Good News paper to a few people with one asking where the church was and with me being led from the Holy Spirit to let him know about this discipleship and testimony page. I get asked a lot about where the church is, which I pray that one day there could be a place or places to discipleship people, which is possibly in the Lord’s plans. In Jesus name.
I was led to share with a few brothers and sisters thru message of what was unfolding with the room and got a few answers and Bible quotes, as well as encouragement for being obedient. My daughter met me at the corner close to the church, which she realized it not the one she would go to, but I sensed we needed to be there from the Holy Spirit, as from the song to the message I sensed confirmations and encouragement, and that there would be miracles and wonders from the Holy Spirit for both my daughter and I. Form the worship the sense of being where we needed to be was sensed from the Holy Spirit. After the message was given I was led to approach the man who preached, with being led to pray for me, with me as he prayed led to touch the center of his chest and anoint him with the Holy Spirit more. Then after helping with folding the chairs, meeting a few of the people of the church, then meeting the pastor, sharing and sharing as the Holy Spirit led, then being led to ask him for assistance with paying the hotel, with him asking for the info of the interfaith hotel and saying he will take care of it, as if the Holy Spirit was saying it HIMSELF, and that was the ASK I heard in the morning after the conversation with the woman at the reception, Jesus, Holy Spirit. It is a new season and way, as The Lord would not have me ask before. Matthew 6: 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Matthew 7: 7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.
Yesterday I was led to ask my daughter if she was not using a pair of shower sandals if I could have them and she said yes and was also led to bring a light jacket and a jean jacket she was holding for me, which came in the Holy Spirit’s perfect time and I was led to leave the shower sandals I had in the bathroom with a note, in case someone needs them and the coat I had to bring tomorrow to the Homeless feeding the Lord has led me to be part of as I am here or till HE says I am done there. Mostly to share the Good News of Jesus, with also hugs and people being seen and heard. The Jesus way of answering the Great Commission. I am praying for provision in money for the train fair, a hair color needed and to be able to buy food items to make in the hotel for lunch and dinner. My daughter was led to send me some money for tomorrows train fair to get to the homeless feeding and Great Commission.
After taking a nap; I was led to sit at the common table, speaking and sharing the testimony of faith and Good News of Jesus as people came in to the hotel. It is such a humbling honor to have access to God’s creation. He is mighty and has HIS people, the body of Christ, in different areas with different gifts and environments as we see in 1 Corinthians 12: 12 For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. 13 For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves[d] or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit. 14 For the body does not consist of one member but of many. 15 If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. 16 And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. 17 If the whole body were an eye, where would be the sense of hearing? If the whole body were an ear, where would be the sense of smell? 18 But as it is, God arranged the members in the body, each one of them, as he chose. 19 If all were a single member, where would the body be? 20 As it is, there are many parts,[e] yet one body. 21 The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” 22 On the contrary, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, 23 and on those parts of the body that we think less honorable we bestow the greater honor, and our unpresentable parts are treated with greater modesty, 24 which our more presentable parts do not require. But God has so composed the body, giving greater honor to the part that lacked it, 25 that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. 26 If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together. 27 Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it. 28 And God has appointed in the church first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, helping, administrating, and various kinds of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? 30 Do all possess gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret? 31 But earnestly desire the higher gifts. With the reminder in Matthew 24: 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
I have been led to share testimonies in this blog/podcast page of teachings and testimonies by the Holy Spirit. He knows why and what each person needs to hear, listen, and or do. I don’t know who or how many people the Lord will move for the rest of the nights, transportation, food, and other needs moving forward; it would be a blessing to many if it could be you. Jesus wants you to know that HE LOVES YOU. He wants a relationship with you. Our sins separate us from God when we break his commandments. But if we repent and accept Jesus as our God and Savior, there is forgiveness, healing, restoration, purpose, eternal life, and much more. Talk to Him.🙏He wants to hear from you. 🖤 We are born to be loved by the Lord, to worship HIM, and to obey HIM through HIS Great Commission.
