Less of me, more of You//Más de Ti, menos de mí

Reading for today John 4.

April 24, 2024. Today woke up prayed, put on the full armor, covered with the blood of Jesus for both my daughter and I, started getting ready, surrendering the day to the Lord, for HIS will to be done and HIS kingdom to come . Listened to Mark 10 as heard, made some tea and had a banana to head out with one of the young ladies who is staying in the hotel, who was also coming to serve the homeless with the interfaith group that has been serving them for 25 years. The young lady and I had great discussions of the importance of slowing down and enjoying the views, as when we are rushing we miss a lot. We have to also be intentional of seen the beauty in the Lord’s creation. We arrived to the serving place and got to help with the mixing of the rice that is made with also lentil, which they call a name, together with vegetables with Quinoa and the middle eastern seasoning, one by one the people have been receiving the Good News of Jesus, with some receiving Jesus as their Lord and Savior, thru being heard, seen, hugged and the different ways Jesus did it in the Gospels, such as Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

When we all arrived to the place the people were all on a line waiting for the food. The first one on the line was a young man who was heard, prayed and hugged and accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior, and today he hugged me and was so excited as from Monday till today he has been listening to the Bible from the Bible app shared on the Good News of Jesus paper and was so excited of how it was already helping him see people differently and even his life. Only Jesus/ Holy Spirit. Thanking the Lord for the way HE works as people open their hearts to receive HIM as Lord and Savior. Then I was led to stand in the line to speak to people with also giving them the Good News of Jesus paper, with many sharing stories of how their day was going or some interesting fact they had learned that day, many were seen and heard as we see in John 4, with the Samaritan woman. I am often reminded in the Holy Spirit of John 4.

After the serving one the staff from the interfaith hotel was led to take us to their temple and show us the history of their belief, and after take the young lady, a young man and I to a rooftop where we had a great reflecting time, where before that I was led to share the Good News of Jesus with the people in the temple, as well as with the three of them and at the end of our reflecting time I was led to do a prayer with all of us holding each other’s wrist and being anointed with the Holy Spirit. Then I was led to go back to the Hotel, eat, rest, pray as I have $1.64 cents and the room which during the week is $40 dollars a night has to be, paid and I need some items that are finishing today. The Holy Spirit will move the people HE will for what is needed. Only the Holy Spirit knows how long HE will have me here. In the Hotel after I was led to rest for a few minutes, spoke to my daughter over the phone who has a cold that is going around in the city, then listened and prayed with a few people, with a young man who thought I was the owner which happens to me a lot, because of the Hospitality and serving gifts of the Holy Spirit. I was reminded of a time the Lord sent me to a beach town to minister to 40+ men that worked at the beach and the Holy Spirit had me ask a man for some money and clothe to get back to where I needed to go and he started crying as he said he had a dream the day before that the banker was asking him for money. The limitless power of the Holy Spirit.

I have been led to share testimonies in this blog/podcast page of teachings and testimonies by the Holy Spirit. He knows why and what each person needs to hear, listen, and or do. I don’t know who or how many people the Lord will move for the rest of the nights, transportation, food, and other needs moving forward, but HE will. Jesus wants you to know that HE LOVES YOU. He wants a relationship with you. Our sins separate us from God when we break his commandments. But if we repent and accept Jesus as our God and Savior, there is forgiveness, healing, restoration, purpose, eternal life, and much more. Talk to Him.🙏He wants to hear from you. 🖤 We are born to be loved by the Lord, to worship HIM, and to obey HIM through HIS Great Commission.
