Less of me, more of You

Reading for today: Matthew 5 and 1 Corinthians 13.

April 22, 2024. Today woke up at 3:38AM, listened to the Bible, prayed, gave the day to the Holy Spirit, in Jesus name, surrendered to the Lord, putting on the full armor and being covered by the Blood of Jesus for my daughter and myself, praying that the Lord’s kingdom comes and will is done for the day in Jesus name, then started getting ready at 4AM, as I had agreed to go to a homeless feeding activity that the interfaith hotel does, which is done by the people who believe in a human god from India, where they first start with meditation, a message from one of their leaders and then the cooking starts somewhere else where they have a kitchen, where there are volunteers who come and help cook, serve and clean up. The people who receive the food line up and while on the line to give them the food; I was led to go person by person, giving them the Good News of Jesus paper, listening, praying, with one being led to say the prayer of Salvation after being heard, hugged and right there and there stating that he wanted to get baptized, that’s what the Holy Spirit does when we are HIS Holy Land where as we share the Good News of Jesus those who are meant to understand, understand and receive.

Through the day a sister was led to send $25 and a brother $35, and together with what was left in the account last night was paid. The men that run the hostel have received so much love from the Holy Spirit in me that they were all vouching for the room to be extended and as the day went by one of the staff who is also part of the belief group who after being heard accepted Jesus as HIS Lord and Savior, as well as one of the volunteers that had the same belief, after being heard and hugged. Then man who is a staff was led to invite me to an event they had at the park where there was chanting and sharing of their group gatherings and teachings and it was also an opportunity for the Holy Spirit to have me share about the Good News of Jesus, as I also played one of the instrument and people’s hearts including some in the group were opened to hearing about Jesus, as the Lord teaches us thru HIS Holy Spirit and HIS word in Genesis 1: 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. In the kitchen one of the women volunteers was heard, hugged and received Jesus as her Lord and Savior. Those who are meant to understand will understand. The Lord knows who will understand so HE uses us as sparks to light the fire, as we read in: Ephesians 1:4-6: “For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will” Romans 8:29-30: “For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers” Ephesians 1:5 and 11: “God predestined people to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ. Romans 9:22-23: “God prepared vessels of mercy beforehand for glory” Jeremiah 1:5: “God knew us before we were formed in the womb”

While in the park the Good News of Jesus paper was given, with some saying no, some receiving it and getting their Bibles out to read it, some regardless of not receiving the paper were hugged and given words of encouragement and then they would receive the Good News of Jesus out loud and in the paper to download the Bible App and this page of teachings and testimonies. It is will the fruits(Galatians 5) and gifts(Romans 12, 1 Corinthians 12, 13 and 14 and Ephesians 4) of the Holy Spirit, as we surrender(Matthew 16) every day that we can do the Lord’s will, it is not easy, and if anyone knows that it is the Lord who went thru it all when HE was here as a human, as Jesus. Matthew 5: Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, ² and he began to teach them. The Beatitudes He said: ³ “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. ⁴ Blessed are those who mourn, or they will be comforted. ⁵ Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. ⁶ Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. ⁷ Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. ⁸ Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. ⁹ Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God. ¹⁰ Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. ¹¹ “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. ¹² Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you. Salt and Light ¹³ “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. ¹⁴ “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. ¹⁵ Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. ¹⁶ In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. Breakfast, lunch and dinner have been provided thru the Holy Spirit thru people from the interfaith hotel, as also the Lord has me in a vegetable and fruits fast till 6PM and till the Establishing happens, and the people from the Hostel are vegetarian. Only Jesus/ Holy Spirit.

May 1 Corinthians 13 be a reminder for us as we go thru our day in Jesus name: If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. ² If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. ³ If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. ⁴ Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. ⁵ It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. ⁶ Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. ⁷ It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. ⁸ Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. ⁹ For we know in part and we prophesy in part, ¹⁰ but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. ¹¹ When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. ¹² For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. ¹³ And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

I have been led to share testimonies in this blog/podcast page of teachings and testimonies by the Holy Spirit. He knows why and what each person needs to hear, listen, and or do. I don’t know who or how many people the Lord will move for the rest of the nights, transportation, food, and other needs moving forward, but HE will. I am often led to pray; that HIS kingdom comes and will is done in everything and that is less of me more of HIM, in Jesus’ name. Jesus wants you to know that HE LOVES YOU. He wants a relationship with you. Our sins separate us from God when we break his commandments. But if we repent and accept Jesus as our God and Savior, there is forgiveness, healing, restoration, purpose, eternal life, and much more. Talk to Him.🙏He wants to hear from you. 🖤 We are born to be loved by the Lord, to worship HIM, and to obey HIM through HIS Great Commission.
