Less of me, more of You//Más de Ti, menos de mí

Reading for today Ephesians 4.

Saturday, April 20, 2024. Today after waking up on and off, as it happens when there is a shift coming of ending a Great Commission to start a new one, woke up around 7:30AM, listened to the scripture the Holy Spirit was led for me to read, prayed, got on my knees, was confirmed of leaving from the apartment where I had been placed by the Holy Spirit for 7 days till today and started getting ready. Read about the different soils in Matthew 13 and about Balaam in Numbers 22-24. Left the apartment and heard to go to a local cafe to do the Great Commission there, while in the cafe realized that I had left my boots and wipes in the apartment with the woman, I contacted her and she did not only bring the boots but some mangoes and grapes that were left in the fridge, which were an answer to prayer since by then I was really hungry, as a fruit and vegetables fast is being done till 6PM, as heard when arriving to New York in March, to fast and pray till the establishing happened. She was also led to get me tea and left. The Good News of Jesus was shared in the cafe, as well as outside of it, till a sister in Christ was led to send me 30 dollars to eat, when the money came in through an online app there was a negative amount so the bank took the negative amount and I was left with 28 dollars.

The Good News of Jesus was given out loud as well as with the paper to the workers, as well as the people who would come to the tables next to me, where conversations were had, people were heard, meals were shared and people were seen and their hearts opened to hearing about the God who sees, including couples, homeless people and passer-byes. Then I was going to pay for the food and they did not accept Apple Pay, so I asked if they could hold my things to go to the bank and get the cash, as I had to change my card and cancel the other one as the bank account was hacked, as the Lord reminds us that in this world we will have suffering but to have peace as HE has overcome the world, in John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” It was also an opportunity to pray for the hacker to get to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior and have an encounter with the Holy Spirit. In the bank, the security guard received the Good News of Jesus, and as my daughter and a sister were led to send some more money to complete being able to use the ATM at the bank a sister in Christ came in to take out cash and we start pray-sing the Lord together, as she had just come out of a prayer gathering in a church, then the Lord had us hug, exchange information and she walked with me back to the restaurant where she met the young man who has been assigned to that restaurant and for him to hear the testimony. By the time I came back the young brother pastor who works in the restaurant had already paid for the food so the 40 dollars that were taken out were used for dinner and the staff were led to give me the dessert. James 1: ¹⁷ Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. The staff of the restaurant got to witness how one by one people were ministered to and the Lord had me save half of the dinner to give it to a woman who was walking the streets from earlier together with the Good News of Jesus out loud, who did not accept the paper, but the Holy Spirit told me to tell her HE loved her and to talk to Jesus.

Now I am sitting at an ice cream shop in the same area waiting as I have heard for the next place he will have me stay in and for the next provision, as there are 8 dollars in the account. Psalm 23 comes to mind: The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. ²  He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, ³ he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. ⁴ Even though I walk through the darkest valley,^[a]
I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. ⁵ You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows. ⁶ Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

WOW, it is never boring with the Great Commission and it’s like an adventure till our last breath, it is such a humbling honor to be loved by the Lord and to have access to HIS creation.

I don’t know who or how many people the Lord will move for the rest of the nights, transportation, food, and other needs moving forward, but HE will. Jesus wants you to know that HE LOVES YOU. He wants a relationship with you. Our sins separate us from God when we break his commandments. But if we repent and accept Jesus as our God and Savior, there is forgiveness, healing, restoration, purpose, eternal life, and much more. Talk to Him.🙏He wants to hear from you. 🖤 We are born to be loved by the Lord, to worship HIM, and to obey HIM through HIS Great Commission.
