Less of me, more of You//Más de Ti, menos de mí

Today’s reading: Matthew 23.

March 19, 2024. Today after listening to the Bible, praying, crying out to the Lord, having prayer and teaching and learning time with sisters, doing the fasting time as well, got ready as I was led by the Holy Spirit and headed to where I was hearing to go, first heard to go to a deli across the street where people who work in the center were in community and received the Good News of Jesus paper, it was nice to see the people who work in the center who dress in character clothing, who are mostly immigrant in community, sharing meals. Then I was led to go to two shoe stores where I was led to share the Good News of Jesus, in one it was for a woman who said she had been a Christian to be given specific words for her and a hug, and in another for a young man who was also thankful for the message . It is such a pattern that who ever is meant to receive is so thankful, it is like the Lord prepared the ground for that person to receive so when the message is given that person is ready. We learn about the different soils, which are people and the planter is God/ Holy Spirit thru us, it is also a great way to measure where we are in terms with our faith and relationship with the Holy Spirit, as we learn and read or re-read, asking the Lord to help us understand what HE need us to understand in Jesus name, in Matthew 13: That same day Jesus went out of the house and sat by the lake. ² Such large crowds gathered around him that he got into a boat and sat in it, while all the people stood on the shore. ³ Then he told them many things in parables, saying: “A farmer went out to sow his seed. ⁴ As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. ⁵ Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. ⁶ But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root. ⁷ Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants. ⁸ Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown. ⁹ Whoever has ears, let them hear.” ¹⁰ The disciples came to him and asked, “Why do you speak to the people in parables?” ¹¹ He replied, “Because the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. ¹² Whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them. ¹³ This is why I speak to them in parables: “Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand. ¹⁴ In them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah: “‘You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving. ¹⁵ For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.’ ¹⁶ But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear. ¹⁷ For truly I tell you, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it. ¹⁸ “Listen then to what the parable of the sower means: ¹⁹ When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in their heart. This is the seed sown along the path. ²⁰ The seed falling on rocky ground refers to someone who hears the word and at once receives it with joy. ²¹ But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away. ²² The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful. ²³ But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”

After goin to the different specific local businesses I heard from the Holy Spirit to go back to the hotel and it was to give the Good News of Jesus in conversation and in paper to some of the women who clean the rooms, specifically to one that received everything that was said to her, as the Holy Spirit led, she then took the Good News of Jesus paper that has the free Bible app and the link to this teaching and testimony page to be discipled and understand some things. I always led to tell people about Romans 10:9, John 14:6 and about the importance of getting baptized in submersion by water as we read Jesus did led by John the Baptist.

Since my daughter was off today she was led to come and meet me at the hotel so we can spend time together, in the waiting for her to come to the hotel, I was led to meet her downstairs and there was a big group of people to whom I was led by the Holy Spirit to share the Good News of Jesus out loud with a woman coming over to where I was and saying thank you for the message, the 1 to the 99 as we read in Matthew 18.

When we have given our life to Jesus, gotten baptized by submersion in water, received the Holy Spirit, have gone thru the rebirth, have been given fruits and gifts of the Holy Spirit we are called to do the Great Commission as stated in Matthew 28, filled and directed by the Holy Spirit as we read in Zachariah 4:6. Today received and offering that was what was needed for today and to share with others, as the Holy Spirit led. At the end of the day we were led to go to a restaurant and it was for a young man who’s family are exactly from where part of my family were in the Dominican Republic, who received the Good News of Jesus thru conversation and thru the paper with the Free Bible app and the discipleship page. The Lord is limitless and everything is about the Great Commission. The Lord takes care of us so we take care of HIS. Tomorrow is the last day in this hotel. I heard to leave the suitcase, as I waited for the provision and the next place where HE is placing me. In the waiting there is also doing the Great Commission, in each place placed and led to be by the Holy Spirit.

I have been led to share in this blog/podcast page of teachings and testimonies by the Holy Spirit, He knows why and what each person needs to hear, listen and or do. I don’t know who or how many people the Lord will move for the rest of the nights, transportation, food, and other needs moving forward, but HE will. I am often led to pray; that HIS kingdom comes and will is done in everything and that is less of me more of HIM, in Jesus’ name. Jesus wants you to know that HE LOVES YOU. He wants a relationship with you. Our sins separate us from God when we break his commandments. But if we repent and accept Jesus as our God and Savior, there is forgiveness, healing, restoration, purpose, eternal life, and much more. Talk to Him.🙏He wants to hear from you. 🖤 We are born to be loved by the Lord, to worship HIM, and to obey HIM through HIS Great Commission.
