Reading for today: 1 Peter 4

March 1,2024. Today woke up, was led to do the fasting and prayer with 1 Peter 4 until 11AM, the Holy Spirit leads when to fast, what to fast for and what to read and pray about as the fasting is being done. Each person fast the way is led to and for how long. In yesterday post I was led to share too in the Resting in HIM… post: Fasting is a biblical way to truly humble yourself in the sight of God. King David said, “I humbled myself with fasting” (Psalm 35:13 But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth (mourning garment);I humbled my soul with fasting,
And I prayed with my head bowed on my chest.see Ezra 8:²¹ Then I proclaimed a fast there at the river Ahava, so that we might humble ourselves before our God to seek from Him a safe journey for us, our ^[a]children, and all our possessions.and: Matthew 17: However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.“). Fasting enables the Holy Spirit to reveal your true spiritual condition, resulting in brokenness, repentance and a transformed life. One time I was led to fast for 40 days from social media and did not return to it till recently to have communication with my daughter, but it is different now, as before till around 2018 I would wake up be on social media, be in meetings and be in social media, be with people and be in social media and it was very distracting, I was not living in the present and would get headaches when I was not in it. The Lord reminds us that the darkness and enemies of our souls can not destroy us or create so they will discourage us, distract us and that is their job till our last breath, that is why we must remember Ephesians 6:10-19, and put in into practice. The Holy Spirit when HE lives in us will do everything to bring us back to our first love and is constantly trying to get our attention towards HIM and away from the things that are used to distract us and or try to stop us from doing the Lord’s will, which happens till our last breath. We are war for our souls and for the souls of others, as we answer the Great Commission as we see in Matthew 28:16-20.

After the fast and prayer, ate a pastry that was bought yesterday and drank some water and mixed it with some ice tea that I had from before. Got ready and when I was going to shower I saw that the messages were placed standing on the 4 sinks in the area, which was so encouraging as they were left there for others to take and or read. Disciples building disciples. Then went to get the hairdryer and the young man already knew what I needed when I approached the reception. Each employee has gotten to receive the Good News of Jesus thru the paper, with conversations, testimony, hugs, sharing of sweets, items and anyway the Holy Spirit leads, as HE knows each person better than anyone and HE will leads us and speak thru us so that who ever is meant to understand, understands. I got ready and since yesterday I heard to sit downstairs at the café. Said hello to the workers and interns, we spoke about the importance of being vulnerable and the importance of not oppressing others when they share their feelings. The Lord created us with different feelings as HIM, as HE created us in HIS image, as we read in Genesis 1:²⁷ So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them.

I was led to sit where I am usually led to sit in the cafe, where the European Jesus picture is, each culture portraits Jesus the way their culture is, which is so cool how each culture makes HIM relatable to their image. Now everyone who works here and or has come here while the Lord has had me here sees Jesus on that picture. Jesus, Jesus, that’s what they say now. Then I was led to go for a walk as the Holy Spirit led and the areas HE led to go to, one was to give a hug and say hello to some of the people who I had been led to share the Good News of Jesus thru the paper and the different ways the Holy Spirit leads. There was a group dancing for money and I heard to give each the Good News of Jesus paper, and we ended praying in a circle holding each other’s wrist as that is where the vain of the heart is and is what the Lord wants from us. They were so encouraged and thankful. Have been able to also process the ending of a season and the beginning of another, as change in our lives, the importance of sitting, journaling, reflecting and giving all of the feelings to the Lord, unpack them with HIM. It helps a lot. Also sharing songs filled with the Holy Spirit that encourage us in many ways, sharing all of these things with some of the upcoming disciples, as some are also transitioning, as they were her as interns. Every opportunity to share about Jesus and HIS tools. Then going into different local business that I had not gone into to share the Good News of Jesus paper, one person at a time, as the Holy Spirit led. Some of the business owners have mentioned for me to remember that they are my friends, that they are at my service, some giving hugs when they see me and some sharing their experiences with me. All for the Great commission and their souls. I do feel sad when the time is coming to an end after making friendships and getting to know the communities where I am sent to, but more and more the Lord thru the Holy Spirit makes me understand that HE needs me where HE places me, as HE often reminds me not to get comfortable and not to let the spiritual guard down as it says in; 1 Peter 5:8-9: Be on your guard and stay awake. Your enemy, the devil, is like a roaring lion, sneaking around to find someone to attack. But you must resist the devil and stay strong in your faith. if anyone knows it is not easy is the Lord and HE often tells me this, but thru HIS holy Spirit and many scriptures in the Bible HE makes us understand such as Matthew 5:1-16, which I sense in the Holy Spirit as the roadmap to Jesus.

This picture on top is how garbage is disposed here in Malaga, Spain. I saw it as I walked today to go buy lunch and dinner items for today in a local supermarket, with what was left of the provision sent these days.

I have been led to share everyday now by the Holy Spirit, He knows why and what each person needs to hear and listen or do. I don’t know who or how many people the Lord will move for the rest of the nights here in Málaga, Spain, and other needs moving forward, as I have heard 30 days from the 8th of this month. I have also heard in the Holy Spirit another country in another continent, after this one. I pray as I am often led to pray; that HIS kingdom comes and will is done in everything and that is less of me more of HIM, in Jesus’ name. Jesus wants you to know that HE LOVES YOU. He wants a relationship with you. Our sins separate us from God when we break his commandments. But if we repent and accept Jesus as our God and Savior, there is forgiveness, healing, restoration, purpose, eternal life, and much more. Talk to Him.🙏He wants to hear from you. 🖤 We are born to be loved by the Lord, to worship HIM, and to obey HIM through HIS Great Commission.
