Less of me, more of You//Más de Ti, menos de mí

Mark 13:11 Whenever you are arrested and brought to trial, do not worry beforehand about what to say. Just say whatever is given you at the time, for it is not you speaking, but the Holy Spirit.

1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

While in Paraguay, I had heard Bolivia. The day came to leave to Bolivia and I started hearing don’t go with feeling the Holy Spirit on my head, but I would hear that every time I was leaving a country, but without the sense of the Holy Spirit. Then I started taking off the sheets of the bed where I was led to stay and I would hear: is it not necessary. I got ready, called a taxi on an app and went downstairs, the taxi ran out of gas when we left. The female driver got to hear the Good News of Jesus, be prayed for and went to get gasoline for the car. We arrived to the airport, I exchanged what ever I had left of the money from Paraguay into dollars, as it is easier to change dollars in each country than the other money. I walked to the check in area and the lady tells me that I need a visa and other documents to travel to Bolivia, to which I then heard again in the spirit to not go that there was more to be done in Paraguay. I sat on a bench at the airport and went on the app for the taxi, as the taxi arrived went to the apartment app and the place was still available. I prayed and prayed and went back to the place the Lord had me in Paraguay. More people were spoken to about Jesus in the areas I was led to go to and in the building where the Lord had me. Conversations were finished and I was there for about one more week, when I started hearing Brazil, Sao Paulo, Brazil, the center. I prayed and asked people to pray and the ticket was changed to Brazil and the stay was set as well.

I had a few dollars left in the account and some currency from Paraguay, but the day before being sent to Brazil, one of the women workers who had become a disciple came to the apartment for prayer and she had cleaned one of the apartments in the building. She left after we prayed and came right back with $50,000 Paraguay’s currency, $1 dollar is around $7,000 something Paraguay’s currency. Then a sister in Christ was led to send more and what I had in the bank and the cash was enough to get to the airport in Paraguay and to get to the place where the Lord would have me stay in Brazil. I was praying as I do not speak Portuguese, but the Lord reminded me of Mark 13:11Whenever you are arrested and brought to trial, do not worry beforehand about what to say. In Brazil who ever was spoken to would understand what I was saying and when ever they shared their life situation and asked for prayer I would understand. I would cry and cry when I got back to the place the Lord had me stay as the scriptures are so powerful and the Holy Spirit who gave understanding. I was reminded that it is thru the Holy Spirit that everything happens, not by might or by power. The are has many situations which the Lord knew and that is why HE sent. There are areas in the center that are called Cracolandia, where thousands of people gather and live, where they use drugs and other substances to numb their pain. It was painful to see the Lord’s creation in that way and the Lord led me to walk thru the area and give the Good News of Jesus with so much Love and compassion. Some would ask for prayer and some would receive hugs and meals as the Lord provided me to share. They would mostly ask me for water and food, never for money. At one point after walking thru the crowd there was a man sitting on the ground and I touched his head, before looking up he swing his had as to protect himself and when he looked up he apologized and made signs with his hands of respect. The Holy Spirit is felt by people and they respect it. The Lord protects us and guides us where ever he sends us. When I would get back to where the Lord had me stay I would cry and cry, which I believe were Holy Spirit groans for the people.

In another occasion I was led to walk to a new area and give the Good News of Jesus paper and in a small park there were three young men sitting selling candy and other things from their book bag. They shared that they live in a Favela, which is considered very dangerous because of the living conditions and what happens inside the area. They shared in Portuguese, I listened and prayed for the Lord to give me understanding of what I needed to understand reminding me of the Samaritan woman who was heard and became a disciple. While they were speaking I heard in the spirit to get them something to eat, it was about 3PM, we prayed, they asked questions and I told them I heard in the spirit to get something to eat for all of us and they shared some more things about how that has never happened to them and how they felt the Lord had sent me specifically to them, as that was their first time there. We shared a meal, they were in tears as the Holy Spirit kept giving words to them. We finished eating and one asked for some of the papers to give out. They became disciples, praise the Lord! The area was filled with the Good News of Jesus as the Lord led to give out the papers and speak to each of the people who were in the businesses, including the police. It is heavy as the word tells us in the Bible that we will feel what the Lord feels and the spiritual attacks come to let us also feel the fight the darkness has for those souls. The darkness also tries to put fear in us not to share the Good News of Jesus but we are reminded of 1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. Because when we are sent somewhere none of the things the darkness tries to make us believe happens in those places. The Lord lets me see the people the way HE sees them, not in their current situation. Now I do believe that is different to get up and go somewhere than to be led by the Holy Spirit. We do go thru persecution, attacks from the enemy and all that it says in the Bible, but it is because when someone repents and accepts Jesus as their Lord and Savior it is powerful, therefore the darkness fights.

When the money was coming to an end, the cash and the bank money, a sister sent me a message that she had been paid early and was led to share it with me, another sister was led to share an offering, Jesus, only Jesus/Holy Spirit. With that money people were fed and so was I. Not one day has the Lord left me with the needed items. The Holy Spirit knows how to speak to each person, as while the food was ordered and or bought they would be reading the Good News of Jesus paper and would ask for prayer and would often ask where the meetings were, but I would explain that I was in the streets not gathering people, but planting the seed. The Holy Spirit would give them understanding of what I was saying. Hallelujah! In another area I was led to go to bring the Good News of Jesus business by business a young man who shared in Portuguese that his parents were in ministry as well; was led to buy me a chicken patty and a mango juice. People received the Good News of Jesus thankful and those who did not want to receive it would say no thank you.

In the last days in Brazil I was sent to a huge local Market, I was led to give out the good news of Jesus paper as I walked and in the market was a pastor and young man who sell fruits who were led to give me a packet of Amazon fruits and asked that I pray for them in Jesus name, they asked that I pray with an anointing oil they had from the middle east. There was a recharge of the Holy Spirit in that moment. There were people who received the paper and would cry, others would ask about the links to download them, specially the Bible app. I cried and cried and cried I sensed it was the Holy Spirit groaning for this country and places where the Good News of Jesus has been given. Meals were also shared. Some security guards were being used as obstacles for the good news to be shared but the Holy Spirit kept me moving in the market.

I had very heavy spiritual days in Brazil, as it has happened in many of the other countries, where It was hard to go to sleep, sometimes being awake till 3Am, crying and crying and being hard to wake up, because of everything that had happened in that place spiritually and everything that was happening as people received the Good News of Jesus and come out from the darkness to the light. So much happens in 15 days. I would read the Bible everyday, pray, put on the full armor, cover with the blood of Jesus and would ask where to go. When we give our lives to Jesus and we are filled with the Holy Spirit he fills us with the fruits of the spirit and the gifts of the spirit to be able to answer the Great Commission. We get to live the Gospels, the Book of Revelations and the book of Acts in the flesh. It is not amazing or I am not brave, I am just answering his call to share the Good News of Jesus so others can have forgiveness, purpose, healing, restoration, eternal life and all he offers to those who choose to follow Jesus as their Lord and Savior. It is not by my power or for my glory that all of this is happening, it is with the Holy Spirit and for the souls of the people. The Holy Spirit makes sure we understand the importance of being obedient when we are called. Only the Lord knows what we go thru for people to hear and receive Jesus. I pray and hope this posts encourages people to have Jesus in their lives, and for those who have him to be filled with the Holy Spirit and answer the Great Commission with the authority, fruits and gifts of the Holy Spirt. I was led by the Spirit to start this blog in the midst of the pandemic to share and testify so that people can see how real the Lord is. He is the same from the past as he is today. He is real, He never stops working to reach HIS creation. 1 John 4:19 We love because he first loved us. Galatians 2:²⁰ I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

I am hoping and praying to be able to see my daughter next, hug her and do the Lord’s will, as he leads. Thankful for those who have prayed and or supported this Great Commission.
