Less of me, more of You//Más de Ti, menos de mí

John 15:14-16 You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.

I had mentioned in the previous blog that when I was in the last place where I was sent I heard after a fast to go to Perú, Chile, and another country that I will confirm and testify about in the next Blog. Before arriving I heard in the spirit to put the good news of Jesus papers that also have the link to the free Bible app and the link to this page for discipleship and testimonies. The first day I arrived in Santiago, Chile I saw that it was in a 22-floor building that the Lord had placed me in, which was the first time I was in such a high building. I did as I heard. I placed the small papers under floors 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, and 16. When I had done the first two floors one of the custodians came and told me not to do that again and I told him that it was the message of Jesus, gave him one of the papers and he said not to do that anymore. In the night as I was going to sleep I heard to do 19 and 18 so I did the next day. After I placed the papers under the doors on those floors I went out to bring the good news in the area and get some needed items to eat and use in the apartment for that week. Thanking the Lord for the church where I was led to visit for a revival of the Holy Spirit gathered an offering three times, two women were led to also give, and two sisters in Christ from Trinidad and Tobago too, which was such a blessing as it was used for copies of the good newspapers, food, long sleeve clothing such as sweaters, a coat, socks, a hat, and gloves. The owner of the apartment I had been placed in refused to provide a heater for the first few weeks until I prayed, I asked people to pray as it was cold to the point where my bones would hurt, my feet nails would get purple and it would take time to go to sleep. There were nights when I would cry and pray. There was a lot of crying here in Santiago, Chile, days where it was hard to wake up in the morning as there was a lot going on spiritually such as idolatry, homosexuality, Tarot, witchcraft, addiction, immigration, prostitution, and a lot of graffiti and the area felt so heavy and somber. I cried most nights. Every day I would read the Bible, pray on my knees, and ask what to do that day, and some days I fasted for strength and clear direction for the day.

The message was still given in the streets where I was led by the Holy Spirit to go. In the time of being in Santiago de Chile, my daughter would spend long periods of time to answer my messages and calls which affected me and made me question a lot, till this day I have not heard from her for almost two weeks, the last time her phones was damaged, I am praying she is ok and covered by the blood of Jesus. For whatever reason I reconnected with a man I had met in the Dominican Republic after his sister contacted me and I asked for his number as I was being so attacked with feelings of loneliness and guilt. The sister mentioned he was stronger in his faith, going to the mountain at night to pray, and for whatever reason I asked for his number. The first time I spoke to him I felt nauseous and very drained but hopeful. Then the next time we spoke over the phone thru a calling app as he called he mentioned what was I going to do with him as he still loved me and he mentioned 1 Corinthians 13, how love endures all and forgives all, that he has been more connected to God, prophesying and going every night. That he had been selling perfumes and used cars with a few people. Then he said he wanted to marry me, that he would wait for me to do the countries I was led to go to so that we can get married. There were a lot of questions in me, as almost two years had gone by, (please take the time to listen to the podcast here called: “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Proverbs 4:23”, where I testify of the time I was sent to that town and what happened with him). The conversation went on for a few days and at one point he mentions he wants to get a bike to exercise to which I answered that the Lord will provide as he does in his time with prayer. I asked him if as he went to the mountain to pray he asked the Lord about what he had mentioned to me about marriage and he said he didn’t need to pray as he liked me and we don’t have to run everything thru God, is what he said. I was taken aback as when we proclaim to be Christians we pray and hear from God. The next time we messaged he mentioned wanting to get a car to which I told him the same answer I did which was to pray and ask the Lord for direction, he became very upset as he said that I was not cooperative or supportive, that my answer should have been that whatever I got that I would send him some of it so the car could be bought to make it easier to do ministry and for him to make money driving it, then he proceeded to ask many questions such as if I didn’t want a family, what was I going to do when I became older, that then I could not have a husband for the financial reasons and many other questions and as he spoke I felt my left arm get cold and like crying. After the conversation, I felt so so bad that I turned off all of the devices and went to bed. The days before I kept hearing that he was my husband and that after the countries I would go to where he was and we would do a ministry together, but it felt horrible to talk to him and two of his sisters ask for money to help build their mom house and the other for phone service which I was led to let them know that I live by faith and I can only do as directed by the Lord, the communication with the three stopped, with the man as a sister who is powerful in the spirit said it was the spirit of Jezabel (read more about that spirit in the Bible), distraction, which I heard at the beginning but I was being so attacked, as one of his sisters sensed who is filled with the Holy Spirit, after I was led to pray with her, she mentioned there was a lot that he needed to be free from and surrender as he had become so disconnected. We prayed and she sensed what was attacking me here and has kept in contact ever since. I heard in the spirit all the man wants in a woman to support him and that he is going to go thru a very hard process hopefully to surrender to the Lord.

Toward the end of being in Santiago de Chile, I cried and cried every night with great sorrow, I still went to the streets I was led to go to, people started going to this page for discipleship and testimonies to learn more, people started being disciplined thru the phone and messages as well. Toward the end, I was led as I heard to ask a few people for offerings, some sending $20, $30, $20, and $84, and a sister who has been led to give monthly at the beginning of the month which has been a blessing. There was provision for food every week for the 30 days I was in Chile and that has always been the case. The last night was rough spiritually as my body was in pain, acid reflex, thoughts about the past, my daughter who I had not heard from for a couple of weeks, but I prayed and put the psalms playing on the phone. Thanking the Lord for moving people to give for this great commission. So many Good News tracks were given with the message of Jesus. The area was saturated with messages and prayers as people asked. I am thankful for the way the Lord intercedes thru the body of Christ and for those who also have been moved to give as led as possible. The Lord knows everything we go thru spiritually in the places we are sent for those who will receive the message that when we repent and proclaim Jesus as our Lord and Savior we get forgiveness, healing, restoration, eternal life and so much more. Please continue to pray and support this call as the Lord leads, it is a blessing to many, more than you can imagine.
